I was very happy with the actualAccommodation. Well Mainrained and great view of water and sunset. I arrived and the manager had left early and left keys which was great. But I was unaware this had lots of steps up to get to unit and no elevator that I found. So I , having had knee surgery earlier, couldn’t get my suitcase upstairs so I had to make several trips taking in just what I needed for one night. Only other “complaint” is that housecleaning knocked loudly on my door well before the 11:00 checkout and woke me up. I would recommend this unit but know that there are steep steps up.

Great location. All staff members were very friendly. Older building that has been well maintained. Would stay there again.

Management is very friendly and accommodating. This is a great location about midway in the key and is an easy commute to locations. We have been to this place twice and would stay again.

Only downside was on three mornings we woke up to find roach type insects in the kitchen. They were upside down so we assume they were dying? We mentioned this to the person at the front desk and she said they were Palmetto bugs?

Great location. We loved that it was an easy drive to lots of parks an other attractions. Great beach walks.

My 19 year old son really liked the place so that should be praise enough since most of the time we only get grunts or nods out of him. Lol. We enjoyed our short stay in this cozy unit right next to the Gulf. Beautiful sunset and walks on the beach.
