Our thoughtfully updated 1BR/1BA condo is located on the first floor of Luau I, just a short stroll from some of the most beautiful beaches on the Emerald Coast.

The open-concept living area is filled with natural light from large windows and sliding glass doors that lead directly to your private patio, creating an effortless indoor-outdoor flow. The bedroom features a plush king bed, while the living area offers a sleeper sofa, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. The full bathroom features a convenient tub-shower combination.
The fully equipped kitchen makes dining in simple and enjoyable, whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a full evening meal. An in-unit full-size washer and dryer provide added convenience for both short stays and extended getaways.
