Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was cute and the balcony was amazing. However, the hot water was turned off for some reason when we got there and we took cold showers for 2 days due to it being the weekend and had to call maintenance for them to turn it back on. Also, the condo wasn't very well stocked as far as kitchen items and it didn't have any blankets to use at night or to curl up with on the couch.

Absolutely beautiful condo. Cookware could use updating but other than that everything was fabulous. Thanks for sharing your condo with us.

Loved it here! Great communication with ECDI folks, nice clean condo, great views from Balcony. Pool, jacuzzi, sauna , steam room etc, all well kept.Will return !

Location great but microwave did not work, no remote for living room ceiling fan, no hot water from master bathroom sink facet, master bedroom mattress nor comfortable and master bathroom tub extremely slippery causing me to fall hard.

We had a great vacation. We loved our condo and the view from our balcony was beautiful. Our daughter got engaged on the beach also while we were there.

Great condo! Had everything we needed for our week's stayon the beach. If we weren't sleeping, cooking or on the beach we were on the balcony!

It worked to go but not to enter back in. Hot tubs did not work.

Rented last minute for bike week. The unit had everything you would need. Smooth check in. Highly recommended.

Opened door 8:20 pm closing door couldn’t close at least 1/4 opening from the door jab…Concerned… called management said can’t do anything til tomorrow not known what time…master was nice, bunk beds nice, opened sofa bed couldn’t open, frame stayed in upright position wouldn’t lower… turned on TV, remotes where tacky and sticky… my wife and 4 kids went to sleep got in at 8:20pm from 15 hr trip.. I stayed up protecting my family with my protection making sure no one just walks in our room while they sleep…to test our safety.. I went outside our room with the 1/4 opening and slide my credit card and opened our door with no code #… very Concerned… once door was fixed 24 hrs later and an air mattress was given, the sofa bed frame was replaced 6 days later…other then that place was nice ….Pete S

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Several things in this rental (1703) have been reported and have not been repaired. The biggest one is the balcony door does not lock which would be a terrible problem with children. This along with the front door didn't feel like it was secure was reported. The dryer went out during our stay and it took over a week to get us a new one. The dishwasher is coming out of the wall. Overall we will not be staying anywhere this management company manages.
