Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved the bright decor and spacious couch. We love this resort. This being the 3rd condo at this resort we have stayed in, I highly recommend! We stayed during a colder period of the year this time. The pool is said to be heated but it was still very chilly. Too cold to swim, but the hot tub was plenty warm!

Great condo. Perfect for our family. Condo was clean, well maintained, and in a great central location. No long wait lines for elevator. Property was clean and well maintained. We had a minor issue but maintenance was there early the next morning to fix it.

The rental was beautiful. Only lacking a small frying pan for eggs. The resort however lacked in knowledgeable staff. Front desk was only open from 9-5. The cafe was hardly ever open and the people who worked there were rude. If you asked the staff questions the answer was I don’t know. Pool area could have been cleaned better. The view was fantastic.

Aqua is great. We love this condo complex. It’s in the heart of the action and is always a great time. This particular host was extremely disappointing. I couldn’t tell from the photos if there was a partition/door on the bunk room, so I reached out to the host. They confirmed to me there was a door on it and that it had a TV, and was essentially a full additional bedroom. Based on this conversation I booked. When we arrived, there was no door or TV, and the bunk room has zero privacy. I reached out to the host with this complaint, and rather than try to fix the problem at all they basically told me too bad and then completely stopped responding to me. Very disappointing behavior and I would not recommend anyone use this host as they will lie to get you to book and then ghost you when you have issues.

This condo was in a great location and just all together a wonderful experience! The view from the balcony was amazing and the condo was very clean and well taken care of. Would definitely stay again!

We have stayed at several other condos in pcb and this has by far been our favorite stay! The beds were so comfy and was very clean at arrival. We were worried about being on the 18th floor but once we got there we absolutely loved it. The firework view from up there was amazing! We never had to wait on an elevator and we plan to definitely return!

This is one of the BEST condos we have stayed at in Panama City! It is so beautiful, clean, and the view is gorgeous! We look forward to staying here when we return!

The property was perfect as always. When we go to PCB we always book at aqua. The room was super clean and had everything that you would need. We would definitely book this room again.

The carpet needed vacuumed, the shower in master needed better cleaned but other than that it was a beautiful condo and we enjoyed our stay.

The views from the 18th floor were amazing! The condo was as pictured and we were able to check in and out with ease.

Unfortunately the condo was not ready when we got there at 6 pm. A crew did come at 930 pm to clean and they did a great job. Otherwise the stay was great and view from 18th floor was awesome!! Loved it!!!
