This updated tenth floor condo is a beautiful retreat to enjoy the white sand beaches of Orange Beach. The condo is decorated in a blue and yellow coastal theme to create a calming atmosphere; bringing the ocean inside to you.
Bathroom was updated in 2016 to include walk-in tile shower with bench and hand-rails, comfort height toilet, granite counter-top, new fixtures and cabinetry. New furniture, window treatments, bedding and décor along with kitchen cabinet updates, complete theupgrades. Granite and tile backsplash will be added to the kitchen later in 2016.
The back wall of sliding glass doors showcase sweeping panoramic views of the ocean and beach. Enjoy your favorite beverage of choice on the new balcony height chairs that provide unobstructed views of boats entering and exiting the pass.
The kitchen is set-up so that even a gourmet cook will feel at home. With an abundance of dinnerware and glasses, daily dishwashing is not necessary.
Barware is abundant in the dining room server. There are flat panel TVs in living room and bedroom as well as games and puzzles for family fun.
The building pools have been updated to connect with East II, which has a zero-entry pool. Tropical landscaping and a full-time staffed front desk
provide the resort atmosphere. This condo has special extras throughout to
make this a perfect spot for your next beach vacation.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
