1BD Bayside Condo at Sandestin, Golf Cart & Pool

The house was very clean and well stocked. We only stayed a weekend but would have loved to stay longer. The golf cart was a great addition! The kitchen was well stocked! The area was quiet and beautiful. My only complaint is that the sliding glass door does not lock and the shower water didn’t get as hot as I’d prefer. It appears the lock may be broken on the door. Fortunately we know it is a safe area so weren’t too worried but I would have felt differently if we had our kids with us!

Beautiful location & view of pond & golf course. The unit was light & airy and had everything we needed.

Rustic beach meets farmhouse would be the best way to describe it. The beautiful kitchen had everything you could possibly need for your perfect get away. Breakfast/coffee on the large balcony was amazing. Very nice and quiet with the perfect location. Within minutes of Baytown Wharf or the beach. We would definitely stay again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I was able to get some well needed rest as well as be able to fish without even leaving the deck. I most definitely will be coming back to that location again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are frequent renters of Baytowne/Harbor point & I realized after the fact of arrival that I had mistaken the property location. I was thinking it was Bayside located not golf course side. Upon arrival & during our entire stay the condo had a weird smell, we could never figure out what it was. Appeared clean, but still a weird smell. Entering the master bedroom and trying to put away our clothes, I realized No dresser, No bedside drawers, no where to store your clothes! As I opened the Master closet it was built-in to store clothes, However, OMG! The ENTIRE closet was FULL of pillows, blankets, sheets, and a TOTE. I mean 16 Pillows! I counted them along with 3 blankets, 1 bedspread, 1 sheet set, a mattress cover, and a large tote with a lock that said Housekeeping! Which could have been stored in the kitchen closet, I looked! It was stacked so high there was no where to put or hang our guest clothes! I was very aggravated! It was ridiculous! 4 Pillows on the bed already and 5 throw pillows on the sofa! With only 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed, why would you need all those pillows and why would you take up the ENTIRE closet with no dressers or storage for guests clothes? Master bed, has body impressions/dips and mattress needs replacing. Hurts your back. Bathroom small but ok, needs facial tissue and a soap dish. They give you a bar of soap, but it stays slimy on the counter top. Kitchen very basic stocked, but OK. Living area nice, 5 throw pillows and 2 blankets are nothing but Bacteria holders due to being unable to wash and sanitize after each guest. They should be removed! That's gross! I'm not laying on nothing others have laid on and has not been cleaned properly. Renters rules per CDC during & after COVID those were not allowed & were to be removed! Needs Charging Stations. Porch was nice and had a decent view even though we were expecting Bayside. All in all it was just an OK stay. Located Lower floor so guest stomped above our heads all night, we did not sleep

Quiet and serene. Easy commute to any action but inside of the villa was extremely peaceful. Would recommend this location.
