The property is always clean, the employees are friendly, and our rentals are always beautiful. I have stayed at others along this road, and this is the best by far.

Would only rent directly with aqua because of the great direct service. Staff super nice, Robin, Dennys, Chris, Diane, dawn and Marci New pictures to come as the unit is completely renovated. Location perfect no car needed if you like to walk. Elevators very fast Whole building very very clean Only one small issue I would wish the pool was a bit more heated in the winter.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Carpet in unit 1904 was disgusting. Who has carpet at a beach condo? The elevators were a nightmare. The best part about the place is the beach and bartender, Patrick, by the pool. Won’t be back but had a decent enough time not to complain too much. Also, PC hasn’t changed in 25 years. Still filled with reds, jacked up trucks, neon lights, and loud rap music. I’ll stick to 30A.
