Just what I needed for the week.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Everything was perfect in the apt. The photos looked exactly like the home. The apt was spacious and very clean. The porch in front was a nice touch as well for the nice few 70 degree days we had in December. We met a few neighbors who were absolutely lovely and enjoyed our time here. Tons of shops, grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The host was responsive and we couldn't have asked for a better stay right after Christmas. We will be renting again as it was very close to family in the area.

The property was pet friendly and very clean. On the bottom level, but only heard footsteps a few times in the unit above. TV worked well, shower was powerful, and bed was comfortable. Requires some awkward steps to get to the front door, but parking above was spacious. Very easy location to get to Pinehurst and Southern Pines.

Very very dusty with large cobwebs along the ceiling in the living room area and bedroom headboard which is made of material had not been cleaned and contributed to allergies. Cobwebs also on light fixture above dining table.

Great condo! Quiet community. Great place to relax and unwind. Will stay again.

Everything was good. Check dishwasher door. Couldn’t get the dishwasher to start upon checking out.

The property was lovely. Conveniently located for our needs. Although we did not spend a lot of time at the property and we did not cook or eat there, I did notice the kitchen supplies are very limited. I only found 3 dinner plates in the cabinet but there were several coffee cups and glasses. It didn't seem very balanced and certainly not enough if our son and daughter-in-law wanted to eat with us at the condo.

Reviewer Comments: The place was upgraded but it was very dirty, the filter for the HVAC was not change in very long time, door where broken and the floors were very dirty. The dish washer almost fell on me when i opened it. Not fixed to the counter.

It was an excellent trip. The house was great. A little disappointed that the property manager didn’t respond although I did hear back from a very nice lady after my 2nd vm and 2nd message to host

The condo was clean and well supplied. The bed was the worst bed I have ever slept in. It was so hard that my ribs felt bruised the next day. I had to buy a mattress topper to get through the stay. Aside from that, overall the experience was very good.

The property was good size for just the two of us. It was clean, however the lighting was terrible, several light bulbs wereout. There was no hairdryer which should be a standard in any unit. whdifficult to read.

We had a pleasant stay. Great location to Pinehurst. We would’ve liked to see a little more stocking of everyday items. Very minimal plates, mugs, kitchen towels, etc. We had 3 in our party, would stay again for the location.

Great place to relax and unwind. Bedroom could use a TV. Living room couch a little uncomfortable. Early check-in fee was unexpected. Still, a great stay. Will stay again.

It was the perfect stay for a quick 24 hour retreat. Hotel-like accommodations with the comfort of a den and kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day soon.
