    The location is great, within walking distance of the beach and lots of dining options. The room was spacious, clean, and had a full kitchen, perfect for our family of five. Midway Realty was excellent with communicating about the room, gave detailed instructions for check in, parking, etc., and we were able to extend our checkout time for an extra $50, which was worth it. The only negative was the long elevator waits, but I guess it's an older building. We would definitely stay here again.

    We took our two adult size sons to visit our daughter’s family who live on the AFB. The pictures look better than the actual apartment. I was disappointed as soon as i walked inside. It is pretty old, and shows it. It looks bigger in the pics. The decor was muted in color. The two queen beds were comfortable, but one of the boys had to sleep on the mattress from the pull out couch which was not comfortable. I laid on it first and I could feel all the bars, so we ended up putting it on the floor. When we were putting it away for the day, i saw mold on the backside of the mattress. A new pull out couch is greatly needed. The couch itself is pilling, and you can feel it when you sit on it. There are zero rugs, and the floor had a sticky feel to it. I would suggest a floor mat outside the very small shower that leaked. The shower head stuck out far and the glass wall was way shallow for it. Water on the floor was a problem. The elevator was frustrating. If you ever plan to leave, make sure you have 20 minutes to stand around and wait for it. We are all allergic to dogs and cats. The sink area of the bathroom smelled like cat pee like someone left their cat in that area to keep them off the furniture while they were gone during the day.The smoking area outside the building is poorly located. It is set up where you come out of the elevators to walk, so you always have to smell it when you leave on foot.

    We had a wonderful stay, very well Located with a great view on both ocean and city. Everything to cook. Communication with host was very easy, they came repaire the shower within one houre, the french handyman was super nice and recommended things to do ! The Appartment is well furnished, except for the couch that is a bit old. Its a big building so allow some time for the elevator, we often waited 10/15min to get in. Overall we really like staying there and recommend it

    We enjoyed our stay at this property. While the Waikiki Banyan does not have the look and feel of many of the nearby resorts (elaborate pools, on site dining, etc), we found the location of the property and the condo well suited for our needs as an adventurous family not intending to stay in the condo much. The property was very clean and as described in the listing. I made a few calls to the property management and the calls were promptly answered by friendly agents. We enjoyed the upgraded kitchen with the island for breakfasts and a few take out dinners. I was pleasantly surprised by the pretty view from the lanai as well! The location is in close proximity to not only the beach but also great restaurants. We enjoyed many of the restaurants and food trucks on Kuhio. We would recommend this property and stay here again!

    Property is great, exactly as described. Communication about the rental is top notch. Close to the beach, restaurants, and everything else. Highly recommend this property . Also, the coin operated washing machines use the PayRange app and were very easy to use. Laundry was easy and no need to overpack.

    Overall, the unit was in an excellent location. Very close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and easy access to highways for visiting other areas. Communication with the property manager was easy and done primarily through email/text. Unit itself was very clean and had everything we needed.

    The property is in a a convenient location, the apartment is good although the air conditioner was noisy and the building hallway was a bit old and smelt odd but the beds and pillows were very comfortable and the apartment was fully equipped, and the free parking was great. l wud definitely recommend for a short stay or on a budget.

    Enjoyed our stay here. Second time staying at the Banyan via midway vacations and both times were super easy and seamless. The unit is great for our family of 3. Can’t beat the location- short walk to the beach which is perfect for our little one. The floors could probably use a good mopping but not a big deal (dirty feet quickly after showering) We would stay here again.
