We enjoyed our stay at Lulu’s. Location to the Siesta Key village and beach was great. The check in was very easy, and the host was quick to respond to any enquires. We would definitely stay here again.

This is my favorite home away from home. Made this time a girls trip with daughter/niece/friends. Wonderful unit, wonderful time, we walked everywhere or took an Uber if we wanted to go somewhere out of the Village. There are so many thoughtful details in and available at the property. I will say, not all of the fellow guests were as mindful or respectful of assigned spaces, parking guidelines, and neighbors. That is in no way the fault of or a reflection on this property or the management. Everyone at iTrip has been delightful in my experiences. The girls had a wonderful time & I look forward to many return stays!

I loved this property. It was clean, with all the comforts inside and out. All the beach equipment was inside the van. The communication was excellent. I will definitely return as soon as I can and I recommend it 100%.

A great location in regards to siesta village but quite a hike to the beach. Not ideal for walking with kids to the beach or hauling anything to the beach. We ended up driving to the beach. The property itself was nice and decorated nicely. We however did not get the condo that was pictured when we booked :( there are four units in the building. Still a cute condo. Exceptional communication and assistance from the management company. Everything was very clean except for the extra blankets in the closet - I am not confident those were washed. No Kleenex was provided. The pool was nice and cool and an excellent addition! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return to this property.

We loved our stay at Lulu’s! The vacation rental had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated. The location is perfect for beach access and The Village. The beach gear that was available to use made this place perfect! We will definitely stay here again in the future.

We had an amazing stay at this cozy two-bedroom beach house! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, well-kept, and exactly as described in the listing. The house had a relaxed, beachy vibe and was fully stocked with starter everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to beach chairs and towels. Being just steps from the beach made it so easy to enjoy early morning walks and sunset views. Both bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the outdoor swing was our favorite spot for coffee and evening drinks. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’re already talking about coming back—highly recommend this place for a relaxing beach vacation!

We stayed 2 days and loved every minute-aside from leaving. First impressions, very clean, comfortable mattresses, attention to details (ie beach towels, TB chairs for the beach), and the cutest front porch w/swing. Location is central to town. Host was amazing-quick to respond but not hovering. Walked to Cafe Gabbianos-fantastic Italian.

This isn’t our first time in siesta key, we come yearly, but this was our first time staying at LuLu’s Keyhouse. And it will definitely not be our last! Our family had a blast here. Before getting to the unit itself, just know that they are in the best location. Walking to the village and beach. You are close enough to the village but also away from the noise. From check in to check out, everything was a breeze. Anything that we needed was a text message away and corrected in minutes. You can’t ask for better customer service or communication. Everyone was impressed. Clean, Modern, Adorable mermaid and turtle furnishings, plenty of towels for beach and showers. The pool was great to cool off; large double bbq area, all the supplies for the beach you’d ever need, beautiful kitchen and table for a meal with the family, off street parking, I mean, this place has it all. And tbh you really don’t even need a car if you plan to just hang and beach it daily. We had one because we had plans off the island on a few different days but it mostly sat there when we were in siesta. Renting a golf cart is also super fun and we do that every time! Itrip actually helped with that golf cart rental booking too making it super easy! Don’t even question it. Just book :)

Our family of 5 spent the week of Spring Break, the location was perfect, the place was large enough for all of us. Check in was easy, everything was clean. We plan to book again next in the future.

Condo was great...had an issue with getting the A/C to cool down a little.

Pros: New renovation - furniture, appliances, wagon, beach chairs, umbrella. Very responsive owners. Great location - walk to everything. Use of free limo from airport and one bike rental with ITrip. Breeze SK trolley now goes into Sarasota. Cons: downstairs units hear upstairs folks - if loud. Happy to see SK busy recovering from devastating hurricane.

Hosts answer quickly when needed! Very clean and great location!
