Welcome to Estero Island Beach Villas, your delightfully decorated beachfront vacation in paradise! Located in the quieter North end of Estero Island, this two-bedroom, two-bath first-floor above-ground-level gulf-front condo has a 180-degree view of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar sand beach Fort Myers Beach is famous for. It is an easy 10-15 minute walk to Times Square and the Newly opened Margaritaville, where you will find numerous boutiques, restaurants, and nightlife afforded at this end of the island. Guests at this resort have access to their on-site pool and patio with BBQ grills, tables, and chairs with a privacy fence surrounding it. Its proximity to the Sky Bridge offers easier ingress and egress, making Sanibel Island, the downtown Fort Myers River District, and Edison Winter Home, as well as Southwest Florida Regional Airport all within a 20-40 minute drive. This condo is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home. Off-street covered and open self-parking is included with your stay. Bellman's trolley and carts are available to make your arrival go a little easier. WiFi is complimentary, there are ceiling fans throughout and you will have your own private in-house laundry room. The pool was resurfaced in August 2025.

Entry is via elevator to the first floor and into an entry foyer and the open plan kitchen, dining, and living areas. There is beautiful tile flooring throughout. The kitchen is a chef's delight and everything necessary to create full-course meals is available should you so desire, or just toast and coffee in the morning. Just bring the food! There is an architectural tray ceiling and plenty of quartz counter space. Appliances include a dishwasher, glass-top range with oven, built-in above-range microwave oven, and refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. There is a quartz-top island with cabinet and drawer space on the kitchen side. The adjacent dining area has a rectangular table seating six. This flows into the living area which is nicely furnished with a top-end sleeper sofa with end tables and lamps, an elongated ottoman, and two swivel side chairs on an area rug. Opposite the seating area is a credenza which is a wall-mounted large flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors from the living area provide access to the gulf-front screened-in balcony with a table seating four with two other chairs. You can't help but notice the expansive views, the peacefulness of the Gulf waters, and the sugar-white sand beach just a stone's throw in front of you. From this vantage point you will see Sanibel Island to the west, then nothing but the open Gulf of Mexico to the south.

The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, nightstands and lamps, a chest of drawers with a flat-screen TV, and sliding glass doors out to the balcony. The windows in this bedroom also offer a great view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The bathroom has a closet and quartz vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath, the open concept includes a commode and attractively tiled walk-in shower with a built-in seat, handrails, and sliding glass doors. The guest bedroom, bath, and laundry area are accessible through a pocket door. Behind louvered doors is a stacked washer and dryer set. The guest bathroom has a quartz vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath, a commode, and a nicely tiled combination tub/shower. The guest bedroom is furnished with two full-size beds with nightstands and lamps, a tall double dresser with a flat-screen TV, and ample closet space.

    Wonderful stay! Great location, stellar communication and wonderful experience all around. We had two very minor issues (batteries dead in smoke alarm and pool cover left on) that were resolved immediately and with great follow up. Clean property and right on the beach. Great spot to be with our toddler and will definitely return!

    The condo was beautiful and my daughter and I had plenty of room to relax. It was clean and easy to find. The view was spectacular, lots of sunset viewing! I found the complex to be loud, construction started at 7a during the week, it was loud and there were construction type materials scattered throughout the property grounds. 2 surrounding neighbors smoked on their deck. This was disturbing and put a damper on my morning outside time. The beach chairs were very used and not clean and the umbrella was broken. The condo was great, if only it was in another building. Location was great, 10 min walk to town square. Family friendly, but more bar type restaurants than family oriented restaurants.

    Overall had a great stay, just a few little things that made me rate 4 instead of 5. In the front room with two beds it was hot and the fan did not go very high. Also, in the bathroom with the tub, there was no water pressure and there was no water stopper so I could not give my kids a bath. Other than that it was the perfect location and we had a good time!

    We had a great time staying right on the beach. Condo was just like the photos. There are 2 beach chairs, sand toys and a cooler available. Also, it had plenty of beach towels. I can’t wait to return!

    Excellent location. Highly recommend. Slept with the windows open and could listen to the waves at night. Screens everywhere, so no bugs, and the view was not hampered at all. There were 'toys' provided for 2 (lawn chairs, boogie boards, ice chest, sand toys, towels). They provided great little kits (soap, sponge, detergent, tp, bags). But they were serious when they said no spices or condiments. Bring your own salt & pepper. There were no coffee filters (or coffee). Thankfully, I had made an instacart order 2 days prior to arrival (from the local Publix grocery store), which was delivered perfectly the morning after I arrived. I came late, at midnight, and picking up the parking pass from the lockbox at the office was a breeze. The office is on the way (super convenient location), before going over the bridge. Don't forget that pass either; saw someone get towed. They don't play. The trash chute was steps away. This unit is on the bottom floor, so great views of the ocean even from the kitchen. Elevator dings and construction noise didn't bother me since they are hustling to recover from hurricane damage. And nights were very quiet (if noise bothers you, ask the owners if construction is planned during your visit). The A/C was excellent. I like the temp cold. Light on cookware (had to buy a shredder). Staff! was very responsive! Contact them if expecting pkgs from USPS (they'll deliver). Shower pressure was light. On the whole, it was outstanding.

    We really enjoyed staying right on the beach, and having the porch to enjoy the ocean views. We were in a good location (away fromthe crazy crowds/loudness of the city center and public beach). The unit was nice and clean too.
