Overall satisfied. Great location. Very weird to find, and a little sketchy the first time. I did not realize it was not an individual condo, but instead we were upstairs which are steep and metal. Additionally i thought based on description that we had our own stand alone unit, with hot tub, but realized it is community ammenities. There is a lot of light that comes in through door, and drawers to dresser would not stay shut (unlevel?) so they were always sticking out and in the way when trying to use the bathroom. The stairs were wet and icy when we arrived and it was 2am due to flight delay so hauling the lg suitcases up slick, steep, metal icy stairs was a lot for a first impression.

Tucked into a remote area, but within walking distance of town. Enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the setting and the hot tub. Management fees were excessive, but mgmt. was responsive when we needed them.

Unit was as it appeared in posting - perfect for us. Centrally located for trails and entertainment but all must be driven to. We really enjoyed our stay!

Small, but very nice inside. Road to get there was full of pot holes and neighborhood wasn’t the nicest. Hot tub wasn’t working and exterior of buildings needed work. Also, not within easy walking distance to town or hiking trails. Overall, not worth the high price tag.

We enjoyed our stay in this comfy updated unit. The unit is located close to all of Sedona's attractions and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed and bathroom door need oiled as they squeak loudly, but other than that, the unit was clean and quiet.

Quaint cottage on the edge of town, had everything we needed for a short stay. Easy enough to get to restaurants and attractions, but away from the hustle and bustle.

Great location not far from main attractions in Sedona. Leaving 4 stars but probably generous. The door code we were provided did not work and significant delay in get new code reset. Weather was unseasonably cold but condo was 39 degrees when we arrived and the next morning temp had only risen to 60 degrees. Recent upgrade to the interior was nice but the single heater didn’t keep the room comfortable. The bed greatly needs upgrade in both comfort and it was very creaky. We were also disappointed the listing didn’t indicate it was an upstairs unit with one very steep outdoor stair case.

The property is in an interesting location very close to the main part of town while still feeling secluded. You have to bump over some rough road to get there, and we would have appreciated better signage. It felt a little sketchy arriving in the dark. Be aware of a steep set of stairs to haul your luggage up and down. Hot tubs were well maintained, though 2 of the 3 were a little too visible for my liking. The one that was used the most by far was around the corner of the building and therefore less visible. As mentioned in other reviews, the creaky bed was noisy enough that a light sleeper can't sleep well; and the walls weren't as sound proof as I would have liked. Traffic was a nightmare at any time other than early morning. We would make wagers on how long it would take us to get back every evening; there was never less than 20-30 min of barely inching along in town. We wished we had rented e-bikes; we’d have gotten around much faster. I didn't appreciate the extra deposit fee that was required through a third party, and I didn't feel like it was well disclosed in the VRBO listing when I made the initial reservation. The listing was later updated, so I'm glad they've made more of an effort to disclose that. Overall, I probably wouldn't choose to stay here again. Pros: Clean, updated decor.
