Building is on older side but clear care is being given... great N Daytona location close enough to be easy to get to but not overwhelmingly busy. Location (up high!!) Was amazing too. Super responsive and helpful host. Property has everything and then some...

Everything was clean and amazing!

We just finished our visit over the Fourth of July weekend for our daughters’ dance competition. Jaci was exceptionally punctual and helpful with all of my questions/inquiries on the property as well as other nearby restraunts, activities, etc. The check in process was seamless and made for an easy start to our vacation. This condo is updated and beautifully decorated for a fun, beach vibe! There was tons of space for my family of 5 to spread out over our week stay and the view is breath taking (especially with the fireworks that happen down by the pier and bandshell). We loved the easy access to underground parking and direct access to the pool and beach! We will definitely request to stay here for future visits it was a great experience!!

We loved the condo and it was nice.

I looked at so many properties for this trip and I'm SO glad I found this place! From booking to checkout, Jaci and Brad were so responsive and answered all of our questions. The condo had everything we could possibly want and need including a wide variety of beach supplies. The condo itself is absolutely beautiful. Just as described. The view is just incredible! I shared some of our pictures on Facebook and immediately had friends asking for info about this condo! Everyone was amazed by the views. I loved being on the beach all day, but I equally loved walking into the condo to that view! We enjoyed the balcony, as well. My favorite part was waking up to the sunrise right outside my bedroom window. Plus, the beds were very comfortable! We ended up renting a Jeep for two days and the parking situation was very easy and convenient. We enjoyed taking a road trip up the coast and checking out some small town beaches. My sister and I take a trip every year and we hope to stay here again. If this place is available during your vacation dates, you need to book it!! Thank you for everything, Jaci and Brad! :)

Jaci was very communicative and accommodating even before our arrival. The condo itself is amazing with awesome views and is actually as huge as it looks in the photos. But, what made this stay above others for us was the thoughtfulness of the hosts in providing accoutrements throughout the house beyond the usual bare minimum. We were really able to make ourselves at home without running to the store every day for essentials that are difficult to bring along when you fly rather than drive. This made hanging out in the condo on the two days our music festival got rained out comfortable and fun. We truly enjoyed our stay and will never rent from anyone else in Daytona Beach.

This was our first time staying at this property and it is absolutely gorgeous. It was just as described. The view from the master bedroom and living room balcony was amazing. It was clean and comfortable. We loved the beachy decor. We felt at home as soon as we walked in. Communication with the host Jaci was easy and response was quick. We liked the fact of the designated parking spot in the secure parking garage. It was just and overall great vacation. We hope to be able to come back next year. Thank you!!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. It was clean and beautiful in every room. It was even stocked with fun things such as beach towels, lots of extra bedding, and beach toys. The owners did a great job with communicating with us. Bonus is that It has incredible views. We can not recommend this place high enough. If you are looking for a great place to stay you have found it.

We were entertaining guests from Europe and this condo was the perfect fit for our trip. Awesome wrap around balcony allowed for great views of the beach, ocean and south end of Daytona. Jaci was VERY accommodating and speedy to respond with any requests/issues. This is a great alternative to any hotel stay. The full kitchen was great to have for cooking our catch of the day. Highly recommended!
