Stayed Jan 7, 2026The building is older and in a downtown city area. The condo itself was clean and everything was comfortable. Plenty of dishes available, though we did not do any cooking. Not a huge fan of rainfall shower heads but the water was hot (actually too hot to run full hot like I usually have to do). The condo isn't luxury but is perfect for the price if you are looking for accommodations in this area. The only issue was outside noises were still loud. I suspect this would be the same anywhere in this area but soundproofing was lacking. The apartment was in a great location for us to visit the Aquarium, and World of Coca-Cola. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to Peachtree Station for the train and the Hub. Be aware that some local breakfast places were closed on the Weekend. Everything was within a few blocks walk except the zoo and botanical gardens. For the zoo we took a Lyft and it was approximately 15 each way for an XL (there were 5 of us). The trains did drop to one track due to bad weather, so watch for delays and plan accordingly if taking the train to and from the airport. The neighborhood itself is a downtown area, so yes you will see people that are homeless and beg for money. We just said we did not have cash and kept walking without issue but we did tell the teenagers they could not go places alone. Marijuana is also legal, so there was that odor around various places we went.

Stayed Nov 27, 2025Every day at this facility, any time of the day, the hallways smoke. We witnessed people openly smoking on their balconies regularly. We were regularly approached in the parking lot by people asking for money. Our reserved spot was not accessible one of the nights of our trip and we had to work with the owner to obtain a new spot. The last day of our trip, on our way out to mass, an estranged man was in the elevator at 7:30am. We called for the elevator and when it opened he saw us and we backed up instantly. He ripped open the doors as they started to close and attacked my husband who had to restrain the man. The man damaged the unit's door trying to get in our unit after my husband let him go. This place is not safe for families.
