Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was good, I just have one complaint. One of our bedrooms lost power due to maybe a breaker issue. We called for maintenance and they never came so we pretty much had a bedroom with no working lights, power outlets or was able to watch tv in that room.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would not recommend staying here. It was expensive for a poor experience. For the first 3 days of our week's stay, we were intermittently out of power and water. One night, when everyone was trying to make the best of the situation, a lot of people congregated at the pool. The lights came on after the pool closure time, so the cops were called on all of us to clear the area. The elevators were not big enough to accommodate the number of people, and 1/4 elevator's was often out of service adding to the already long wait times. One of our bedrooms, did not have working electricity, and the TV didn't work in the other. For perspective, this was the only building in the area that lost power and water during those days. They did give an unexpected refund, which I assume was for our inconvenience, but was not enough considering the overall cost. Positive aspects include an great location and cleanliness of the building.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’m still on the fence about Aqua because without any notice I was moved rooms. I was originally supposed to be in the condo next door to my family but was moved two floors down and I only found this out from calling in myself. Once we arrived at the condo I could tell things may be get rocky during the trip. The TV in the living room was almost falling over because it was broken from the stand. The floors inside of the condo had our feet black within the first hour because they weren’t cleaned properly. The concrete on the patio was just as dirty and both lounge chairs were torn and broken on each end. The entire condo lost power , ac and water intermittently for two days. We were so fed up in the end that we decided to leave a day early on Friday rather than Saturday.

Reviewer Comments: I hesitated as business owner and knowing how people have been acting.I certainly do not want this to come across that way but I also feel the only way we know is if we are told,The room was in desperate need of new furniture the side table was so unstable we put against the wall.Chair and couch cushions would ride out From under you and beds are past just putting mattress covers over.I was 100% disappointed in how nasty it was . I always go over my room and it looked as it it was the first going over.Lounge chairs outside torn and really dirty.I am extremely complementary anytime possible but even the Resort ,TIKI Bar at the pool looked like a MESSY NASTY KITCEN ! 2 of 4 elevators worked and OTIS worked on them all week and never got fixed.

We had a two year old with us and I hated having him on the floor due to large stains and the stiff feel of the carpet.While the condo size fit our needs, the carpet and the elevator situation which seems to be ongoing for some time (months) based on conversations with others, we will not return to Aqua.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room was great! Only 2 working elevators in the whole complex which resulted in long lines and wasted time waiting on an elevator. Beach was full of seaweed with dead fish trapped inside. We had to remove the fish from the seaweed. This was not our first time visiting Aqua but it probably will be our last!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved it and the sound proofing, the only thing is the cleanliness of the unit could have been better. Mold on shower curtain, tables and counter tops wiped down, towel had blood on it, etc. It was very busy, and it would have been a good idea to eat and cook in the unit.The view was beautiful and unit was as described in the property description! Comfy beds and had nice patio furniture. We ordered Zolo's pizza and had it delivered within an hour!
