Stayed Apr 2, 2024There was a fee based on the # amount of rooms that was not mentioned. No luggage carts or unloading location. Security was rude.

Stayed Jul 8, 2023Room was just as shown on pictures. Spacious, beautiful view and great location. Stuff to know: -No cutting knives only steak knives. -No broom only vacuum. - Elevators are insane and may take up to 15 minutes to catch a ride especially during check in and check out times. - dryer has constant moisture inside (condensation) but does dry so remove clothes promptly - contacted owner with door lock problem and it was handled. - stools for the island were unstable. - very close to Walmart - plenty of patio seating - security is tight. A good thing but they are very rude. Out of the 9 days we stayed we came across so many security guards and only 1 was nice. Very rude and abrupt. Don't bother asking them anything. - front desk has luggage carts in exchange for your drivers license. Overall a great family spot. Easy walk to the beach.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969A beautiful view from both deck and front door! The condo had everything we needed except for a broom. The elevators were a bit confusing on which one to take but it worked best for us parking on the north parking 3rd to take the breezeway up to the 16th floor. The lobby elevator gets verrrry congested especially during peak hours of beach goers and people headed back and to dinner. A lot of space for my family of 7. Walking distance to the beach and local stores and eateries. Communication with host was great definitely a quick response from Jennifer & Morgan which made it a lot easier!
