This villa is on one level, but you must go up 5 steps to get to the main entrance where you are greeted by a courtyard. This is the perfect space to leave your beach gear or golf equipment! Inside, you will find LVP flooring throughout and beautiful finishes. It was remodeled with your perfect vacation in mind. The kitchen is fully stocked and features stainless steel appliances. The laundry room is at the back of the kitchen with a full-size washer and dryer. Guests can either dine at the kitchen peninsula or gather around the dining room table. The living room is the perfect space to gather and watch your favorite movie on the smart TV, play a game or watch the golfers!
