- 3 mins on foot to a beautiful riverside trail — perfect for walking or cycling ‍♂️
- Public bikes available for only ₩1,000 per hour, and you can reach the Han River or Mangwon Traditional Market in ~30 mins by bike (~10 mins by subway)
- 15 mins by subway to Hongdae, a hotspot for young travelers and expats
- 30 mins to Gyeongbokgung Palace and Itaewon
- Excellent local restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores all within 10 mins ️
- Direct bus to the airport
- The area offers a much lower cost of living compared to most parts of Seoul

4. Additional information
Several pieces of furniture have been recently upgraded or are scheduled for installation to enhance your comfort during your stay.
For example:
- The bedroom now includes one queen bed and two super-single beds (previous photos showed two queen beds) ️
- The sofa has been replaced with a newer, more comfortable model, and will be ready for upcoming guests
- A new dining table has also been added (or is being installed) for more convenient meals ️

5. Rules
- No pets allowed.
- No overnight stays for visitors who are not registered guests.
- No parties or smoking inside the property.
- No loud noise or disturbances, especially during nighttime.
