14th-Floor Condo in Downtown Seattle W/ City Views, Shared Rooftop Deck & WiFi

Quiet and clean property. Comfortable beds, but other furnishings very dated and uncomfortable. Please check batteries in remotes. Bedroom TV useless. Goid written communications in the condo.

It was very dirty. Bathroom floor is disgusting. Windows didn't fully close. Some plates were not fully cleaned. Doors don't fully close or barely fit. No fan in the bathroom. No tissues. The roof was great. The garage was ok, very tight space. The bedding was very good actually. The location is ok, except for the freeway noise. The bathroom is too small. The toilet is a small toilet. The bathroom really needs updating and a deep clean

Walking distance from pike place market and the pier! That was the best part!

For the same price as family paid at a nearby hotel, this condo was MUCH better!! This has the space and amenities that not all the hotels have.

Four adults stayed in this apartment. The check in process was simple enough. The parking was big enough for our Subaru Forester and VERY appreciated. The apartment was cute, nicely furnished, and super close to the convention center, paramount theater, and plenty of restaurants. It felt very safe and secure. Definitely take a look at the city on the roof at night!

Before I say anything specific, there was nothing terrible or too off putting about the place. It served its purpose and we’re grateful for the home. But, it was woefully outdated and didn’t seem to match the quality of the pictures or the price paid for the stay. Dust and stains and generally normal wear and tear for an old and used property. It would be fine if it were my residence but it was underwhelming as a pricey stay. Not a bad view, though.

Overall, happy with the time spent in Seattle. The property was a little worn, but nothing too severe. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice amenities, super convenient to Convention Center.

Fantastic spot. Very centrally located so we were able to walk to a lot of locations. My first time to Seattle so I was really surprised at the walkability of everything. The condo was fantastic and our concierge was very helpful with our late check in. If there was a downside it would be the outlets with our electronics, but that was it. Everything was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Absolutely loved it!

We traveled for a work conference.So the proximity to the convention center was ideal. The condo has the barest of essentials and the beds were semi comfortable.No lights worked in one of the bedrooms due to bulbs being burned out and a lamp not in good shape but we were able to make do by moving a lamp from the second bedroom.The host was responsive when we reached out for help adjusting the heat in the steam heated building.The key fobs to enter the building did not work.However the code that the person gave us at check in did so we were able to access without any problems. Over all the stay was fine since all we really needed was a place to sleep.

We loved our stay at the Elektra. The location cannot be beat. Easy to walk to Pike Place, Cap Hill and downtown. The apartment was exactly what we wanted, and we’re very happy. The apartment is dated, but we were fine with that. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great, but we made it work. Overall, great stay. We would definitely stay again.

How close it was to convention center.

The check in process was smooth. The apartment was nicely decorated with all the basic amenities needed to enjoy cooking in. We walked to Pike Place Market, shopped for fresh fish, produce and bread then made a spectacular meal at the apartment. The views are really great at night. We enjoyed a nice glass of wine on the little rooftop. The best part of this place is the LOCATION...we walked everywhere and we were located close to so many things. We would for sure come back to stay here in the future.

The best part of the property is its good location. Close to many fun activities

The condo was within walking distance of everything - close to the Capital Hill area and walking distance to Pike Place City Market. We even walked to the Space Needle. Condo was as pictured and worked well for our stay. Host was very responsive to any communications. We would stay here again. Only cons are that the internet was sketchy, the bathroom could use updating, and host didn't allow us to check out one hour late. All minor, but that is why we gave overall 4 vs 5 stars.

The unit was a very clean and nice unit. It was a very cozy place and we enjoyed the week for sure.

Check in process was inconvenient. I had to wait for someone to let us into the unit. Apart from that our stay was pleasent. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Within 5 minute walk to small market and starbucks. 15-20 minute walk to pikes market. There is a laundry room in the building that you can pay to use.

The place was in a very convenient location. Coffee was close as well as other eating options and a small grocery. Loved the roof top.
