    3 bedrooms is a stretch of classification. The 3rd bedroom was an office; looks like it originally a walk-in closet. When the door is closed, circulation is limited even with the tower fan on.Very good location. Two short blocks to beach. A lot of food joints and trucks in the area. Reasonable walk to almost all name restaurants.Comfortable (other than bdrm 3). Nicely appointed; except, the washer/dryer on a different floor (not in the unit itself). Partial ocean view was actually better than I imagined from the description. Dining table is a 4 seater.Being picky -- table in front of sofa is traditional rectangle and actually better than small round table pictured.

    We felt the information in the listing was very accurate. Good accommodations (well stocked on basics like TP, garbage bags, utensils, plates, filtered water, etc.) and great location to a lot of shopping, restaurants and beach access. This is an apartment building where folks live and not a resort, so at first glance we were a little concerned on appearance, but that quickly changed and felt very safe. Host communication was very responsive. One thing to consider is if you rent a vehicle, the free parking is good for a car or minivan (we had a Honda Odyssey) but a full size passenger van would be more challenging. Overall, very pleased with experience and would stay here again.

    We really enjoyed our stay here! Great location near shopping, food and especially the closeness of the beach!!!! One minute walk to the beach! Friendly people, Vic was extra quick with his responses, very attentive to our needs! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare your own meals, wagon, cooler and sand toys for the kids! Super fast WiFi, personal parking spot and really comfortable beds! AC was as cold as you wanted it to be! Condo is exactly as pictured. Highly recommend this unit!

    If you want to stay in the heart of Waikiki within walking distance of the beach, this is the place for you. The hosts were incredibly responsive - we had an issue where the previous guest did not leave the key in the location required, but the host responded and showed up with a replacement literally within minutes.A beach wagon, two beach chairs, beach towels (one per person), brita water filter, a cooler, shampoo, and body wash are provided. Plenty of bath towels. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us who stayed and the kitchen was well equipped with enough dishes/utensils for us and there was also a toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, rice cooker, and more. The unit was very clean and the beds were comfortable for all of us.Unlike other reviews, I had no problems with the outside of the location as it's typical of city life. I felt very safe walking around. The building is older and parking spaces are very tight as a result, however an experienced driver would not have a problem parking a larger car.One thing just to note is that the room with the twin bed is connected via a sliding door to the room with the two queen beds which is where the AC unit is. There is a fan in the twin bed room, but if you close that sliding door all the way at night you will not have access to the AC and it will get warm. We did not have a problem with it. The living area and other bedroom each have their own AC unit.

    We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants from the property. Comfortable beds and a/c in the bedrooms was a plus. The owner was quick to respond when we had any questions. The parking was very tight, but that is because the building is older. No dishwasher, but it wasn't a big deal.

    It’s located in an older building three small streets away from Waikiki Beach. Great for a quality stay that’s a short walk away from the main drag. Close to everything in walking distance of Waikiki and the free parking is a premium perk of the rental. The condo is stocked with everything you could need for your stay and the owner is both communicative and friendly! Highly recommended for larger parties that would otherwise need two expensive hotel rooms!

    We celebrated my wife’s 60th birthday with some of our kids and their significant others. The place was perfect, very clean, and convenient to beaches, shopping, dining. Also enjoyed watching some NCAA basketball together in the living room.
