This Kiawah Island vacation rental offers 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, a deck overlooking the golf course and lagoon, and is about a 6-minute walk to the beach.

Walk in the front door and be welcomed by the beach-themed decor. The downstairs features wainscoting, shiplap, and hardwood floors. On the first floor, you will find the living room with comfortable furniture, TV, and views of the golf course. The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and bar stool seating for 2. The dining room has seating for 6 and showcases beautiful views of the golf course.

The first-floor bedroom features a California king bed, TV, and private bathroom equipped with a tiled shower. On the second floor, you will find a bedroom with lagoon and golf course views, a king bed, TV, and private bathroom with 2 sinks and a tiled shower. The third bedroom is perfect for kids and includes a twin bed, a set of twin bunk beds, and a TV. There is also a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of $50 per pet per day, with a maximum of two (2) pets. Cats are not permitted. Contact us directly to add pets to your reservation.

    The condo was amazing. We were there for the race and it was in the best location. Plenty of hot water for showers after and everyone had a bathroom which was so nice. The condo was clean and decorated really cute. It looked like a recent renovation because it was modern and beachy.

    This is a very spacious, clean, well-appointed villa in Kiawah. Relevant to our stay, it was extremely close (5 min walk) to the marathon start/finish. Check-in/out was super easy and we all enjoyed it.

    Check-in and access was easy and the place was very clean on check-in. Great location on the golf course and a 5-7 minute walk to the beach. I really am very pleased with the overall stay and would stay again, however there are a few things that need attention, which I pointed out to management after check-out. The fridge ice maker wasn't working, the kitchen knives are quite dull and one of the 2 skillets is warped and doesn't heat well. The kitchen could also use a couple more dish rags and towels as we had to wash the two available every day. Outside, the water hose has several leaks in it making the flow greatly diminshed and barely able to was sand of the beach items before going inside. But again, overall this was a great place and very comfortable.

    The condo is in very nice shape. There were plenty of supplies provided by Akers-Ellis. The walk to the beach was OK. The views out of the condo were very nice.

    We really enjoyed staying at this property. It is decorated so beautifully and the location is convenient to the beach, Freshfield Village, and The Sanctuary. We'd definitely stay here again.

    Great location! All the conveniences of home….wonderful beach vibe throughout! Only small issue was a few Palmetto bugs - but that’s life at the beach with tropical weather. We will be booking condo again!!!
