Me and the wife enjoyed the entire stay. Very clean and comfortable. Easy process checking in and out.

We would happily stay here again. The hosts left a pass to Huntington Beach park and it ended up being the highlight of our trip. There was PLENTY of room, the place was stocked wonderfully and the area was absolutely beautiful. I wish I would have had time to walk around and just look at the neighborhood and surroundings more because it was just a beautiful place and very very safe feeling.

Nice place, was clean and the beds were comfortable. Quiet and overlooked the beautiful golf course. Easy access to everything and will definitely book this place for future visits.

The condo was very nice, the area was peaceful, quiet and right on the golf course. Owners were wonderful to work with. Hope to be back soon!

Our stay was awesome and all our needs were met. The deck/patio was my favorite. I love being outside and watching the golfers in a screened in deck is even better. The kitchen was well stocked and provided everything we needed to warm meals and a little cooking (I usually only cook breakfast). Thanks for providing.n awesome place for us to stay . I almost forgot the VERY BEST part. The Huntington Beach pass cannot be matched. What great added bonus.!! It is one of my favorite places to go when visiting PI. :)

Condo is located on the second floor, use outside steps to access. Keyless entry was easy to use, code was provided day before or day of check in. Condo was clean and spacious for family of two adults and three children under the age of 16. All beds slept great, I especially enjoyed the comfort of the king bed. We only stayed to sleep as we had other plans outside of the condo during the day. Water pressure was good as well as hot water. AC worked great, but may need to change out the air filter as there was dust build up on the return vent. Refrigerator was cold when we arrived. I did not use the washer/dryer but was glad it was available if needed. Instructions for checking out were provided and easy to follow.I did have some communication with the host prior to our arrival. Host responded quickly and took care of my request. We will stay here again if it is available.

Great place and lovely location for visiting Pawleys Island and nearby areas Weather & beaches were perfect Many great restaurants to dine at. Especially the Rustic table & Gio’s. Will definitely return to this beautiful spot again

Excellent property! So clean, comfortable and well stocked. We loved coming home to relax in our cool, spacious condo, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and do their own thing. Nice balcony, great living room TV, comfortable beds. Beach chairs, towels and no beach bags were provided. W/D too! Definitely the best part of our trip and we would book again! We didn’t even have time to use the pool directly across the street or check out the restaurant. Thanks to the amazing hosts for this lovely stay!

Lovely, comfortable condo with all the little touches included. Example: Delighted to find laundry detergent and dryer sheets so we didn’t have to buy any! We loved listening to storms roll in on the screened porch with a cup of coffee in hand. The pool is very nice and shaded and made for a great break from the sun at the beach. It’s a very short, easy drive to beach access. After staying in various places up and down Myrtle, North Myrtle, and Surfside we finally found our beach “home” in Pawleys! Thanks again for everything and see you next year!

Place was beautiful, quiet, and convenient to so much. Steve was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend giving this place a try if you’re in the Pawleys Island area.

Beautiful retreat and we used the state park pass 5 of the 6 days we stayed and my kids loved it. About 20 mins drive to the state park but gave us time to eat or decompress on the way back. Would consider staying again next year!

The condo was very comfortable and well maintained. My husband enjoyed watching the golfers from the deck. The toaster definitely needs a replacement though.Would definitely recommend.

This was not only beautifully decorated, it was well equipped even providing hook up for phone!Conversations were responded to immediately and the owners could not have been nicer!We really enjoyed our stay and would give 10 stars if we could!

the hosts were so thoughtful leaving guest passes for the pool and state park, we stayed for a wedding and it was the perfect confo for our family, we are local but will definitely be back for another staycation

We had a wonderful stay at your condo. It was so comfortable, cozy and clean! We loved the pass to Huntington State Park as well. We had never been there and were in awe of the beauty of Atayla Castle. We hope to come back.

Pawleys Plantation is a wonderful, peaceful place. Condo is very well supplied. Inclosed balcony has a nice view of hole #11. I’ve rented from this owner before and have never had an issue.

Really great. Clean, comfortable with a lot of little extras. Close to a lot of things to do including beach and restaurants.

We loved everything about this property. Very quiet, safe neighborhood. Easy walking distance to the restaurant/bar at Pawleys Plantation golf course. Wish we could have enjoyed the beautiful screen porch overlooking the golf course, but the trees were pollinating and the pollen covered all the furniture.

Nice condo and great hosts

Our stay was perfect in every way. The hosts are articulate, honest, communicative, and warm hearted. Their home is clean and orderly with all that is required for a safe and pleasant stay. I plan to consider returning at some point in the future!

We had a short but very enjoyable stay in this spacious and clean condo. The owner was immediately available when we had a minor issue with one of the cable tv boxes (which was an easy fix!). As we are searching for real estate in the area, we loved the location and got a great sense of Pawley’s Plantation.

We stayed at the property for a weekend softball tournament. The property is beautiful, easy to access and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The unit was so comfortable and living area was so nicely decorated. Great location to the Pawleys Island community. Hosts communicated very kind and promptly. A five star rental but I had to deduct a star because the decorative bedding needs to be laundered. I had to put the comforter and shams from the king bedroom out of the porch during our stay because the smell was so off-putting. But I am a super smeller. Regardless, I highly recommend this rental.

Property was as described.. had all needed supplies/ items. Very clean and comfortable.. Host were prompt communicators. Just my sister and i. We are both seniors. Stayed 3 nights, enjoyed our stay and location very much.

Enjoyed our time there!

Thank you to the very responsive hosts willing to cancel our reservation at the last minute due to Hurricane Debby. But, since the activity we were planning was not cancelled due to the hurricane we were able to come and stay. The unit location was perfect for our purposes since we were within a short walk of the golf clubhouse. The pool was nearby, too. Ample parking. Quiet neighborhood. The unit was beautifully furnished and decorated. The hosts put a lot of thought into the details and supplied everything necessary in their condo, too. The only thing we missed was the laundry detergent. We loved putting together the puzzle we found in the closet. One negative I would point out is the lack of detail when it comes to cleaning. The fans in both bedrooms were very dusty, so were the fixtures, picture frames, doors, and vents. We also spotted two live palmetto bugs, but it was summer in South Carolina after all, so I gues it should be expected. We would definitely come and stay in your unit again!

Great place to stay! Owners were very helpful and easy to reach to answer any questions. Sleepy little town everything closes by 9 or 10. Perfect for a relaxing get away for golf, swimming, and beach! Equipped with everything we needed! Mattress was very comfortable. We hope to go back!
