12th Floor views of the Gulf, Resort Pool & Hot Tub, Large Balcony - ED1230

We enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and comfortable

Excellent location and view. Well maintained property/pool. The unit has an excellent shower, two functioing baths, one running toilet, comfortable main bed. Poorly equipped kitchen (no spatula or scissors). Antiquated table and flatware, no barware, and too few mugs and glassware. Furniture is old with broken pulls. Many bulbs are out. Closet doors don't slide.

Pros: Location! Views! Pool!Cons: Outdated, no grill, no pizza pan, no scissorsIt was a great week with family!

Overall good stay, nice pool, short walk to the beach

The condo was very nice and spacious. It has great views of the Gulf of America from the living room, master bedroom and the balcony.

The condo is in such a perfect location and the Gulf views are amazing! Pool is also very nice. We truly enjoyed our stay!

We loved everything about this condo. Easy to get things unloaded and to the condo. Great condo

The location of the unit is outstanding. Wonderful views, very quiet building. The unit was very clean and plenty of towels were provided. Items with issues - The master bedroom mattress sags in the middle and is very high. Making it difficult to sleep in as you are rolling toward the center. The master bedroom TV did not work. The property manager was notified and tried to correct it but it was not able to during our stay. Lots of signs of wear and tear and small things that I will forward to the property manager. Overall a great place to spend a few days or a week!

the stay was a very cozy and beautiful. we were amazed from the way its put together to the views it offers from the balcony. a very nice place to settle down after having fun throughout the day around the islands and area and the amenities were very well appreciated. the cookies were also a nice touch. thank you so much for making our visit a great one !

Close to beach

Super clean unit with super comfy king bed. Great views, easy walk to beach. Nice pool. Our first time to Pensacola. The beach was never crowded plenty of space. Easy access to Trolly stops. A fantastic condo for families.

The rental property was under construction during our stay and we could hear the machinery a lot It would have been nice to know this was going on before arriving The room itself was amazing Maybe the owner could have offered a discount duty this stay for that inconvenience

Good vacation place to be when visiting Pensacola beach, close by food markets, fast food , restaurants and gas stations. Highly recommended.

Everything was exceptional! The only thing I would have differently if I could have, would be an upgrade on the patio furniture. It's a bit old and uncomfortable, so enjoying an early coffee by myself was not as pleasant as it could have been. Everything else was fabulous. The rooms were very nice, the views are gorgeous, and the openness of the space was perfect for us!

This was a great family vacation for all 6 of us with plenty of room and fun to be had. It was less than five minutes to get to the beach! There was construction going on while we were there, which we weren't expecting, but they were very respectful of their work times, etc. It was a great beach vaca for us!!!
