12th floor ocean view condo w/ WiFi, central AC, balcony, shared pool/hot tub

We had great beach access. The rooms were private and clean. Kitchen with adequate cooking utensils. Restaurants and stores are a quick car ride away. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean and convenient to beach with fast elevators. Nice place except the issues listed above.

Beach was not crowded. Property itself was a little dated and the lazy river was not open the entire time. Vacasa does not communicate thru the Vrbo app and only via text or email. Questions not answered and many times it was just a robot you were talking with

Room was clean, location was exactly what we were looking for.

Our room was very clean and the facility was well kept. Great place to vacation with all the amenities.

The unit we stayed in was great. However we called to get more toilet paper, paper towels and dish cloth and towels on Tuesday. I called again on Thursday and finally recived toilet paper and regular towels on Friday morning. Vacasa has let this building go down. The public bathrooms on P1 didn't have soap or toilet paper. We called and reported this also. I feel sure that the title luxury doesn't fit anymore.

We stayed at 1201 around new year eve and had a great time. The reason I am giving them 4 stars is just due to the lack of enough or working utensils. There was no grater in the kitchen and the can opener was dull and rusted. Other than that, there was nothing to complain about. I was worried about the elevators, particularly since I had read some negative reviews from past guests, but during our 5 days of stay all three elevators were fully operational and we never had to wait more than 30 seconds for one. The place is kind of old but is clean and well maintained. It is right by the brach and close to many shops and grocery stores. We’ll recommend to friends and consider for booking again.

Very spacious condo with great ocean angle view balconies! In general, the condo is nice, but shows it’s age all around. The building is average compared to other condos even though it is named “luxury” condominiums. Oddly enough, the smells were the worst part of the stay. There were an array of bad or weird odors in the different entryways, hallways, etc. And our condo had a strong odor of seafood, probably lingering from previous occupants cooking. Beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the whirlpool tubs. Price was worth the accommodations, and I would book this condo again for a short stay if needed. Electronic entry into the condo was a nice way to check-in. However, we were confused upon arrival with the entry code into the building. Took us a while to figure out that the entry code provided by Vacasa only worked on the ground level and not other levels of the parking garage.

The location was awesome.

Condo was very clean. Everything worked as expected. We had to run out and grab some additional laundry soap. Only 1 was provided. All and all great weekend
