The ‘jack and Jill’ bathroom had a few tiles that were lifted from previous water damage/no grout that probably needs to be repaired.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The unit had a beautiful view, was clean, and comfortable. The manager was very efficient with a response to some minor fixes. The pool area was clean, and I loved the shady indoor section. I did slip on the tile by the pool when it was wet, so be sure to be careful there. The fitness center also had good reviews from our group.

This property was very nice! I wish there was more than starter packs so we wouldn’t have to go shopping for toilet paper and other necessary amenities, but overall we really enjoyed it!

I loved that it was a small condo building and the end unit with floor to ceiling windows were a beautiful view. Beautiful decorator furnishings and the big leather couch and 2 lazy boys were very nice. Beds were super comfortable which was a shocker bc most places do not have comfy beds.

This place could have been magical for our week long family stay. However it was filthy when we got there and it was really hard to feel comfortable and relaxed in a dirty rental. It started during the check in process when the extremely unwelcoming front desk lady met us with an unfriendly poor attitude. Felt like we inconvenienced her while no one else was around to check in. Once in the room, we found nasty face and hand prints all over the windows, sand in the beds, cabinets contained diapers and vapes. Counters and bedside tables hadn’t been wiped down and were covered. We did contact the management company on these issues, he showed up the next morning to give us a new coffee machine since the one in the building was missing the pot. He refused to come in to look at the poor quality of cleaning in the room. Told us he is aware of what the cleaners do, and that the site had been inspected twice lately (whatever that means). At this point we didn’t want cleaners in the room as we had already unpacked and made plans - didn’t want people in the room with all our belongings with us not being there. The manager offered to refund the cleaning charge. The property is beautiful, and you can tell at one time was a star, but poor management and cleaning practices are noticeable. Having the 4 bedrooms with multiple bed spaces and the 3 bathrooms were perfect. We really enjoyed the outdoor balcony and spacious living room and kitchen/dining spaces.
