Unit #127 is a cozy downstairs corner one bedroom one bath condominium (sleeps up to 4) that is the perfect small Mammoth family get-away. The extra window in the dining area gives this corner unit a very light and airy feel, providing all the comforts of home and is waiting for you to enjoy and create new memories!

Sleeping: The master bedroom has a king size memory foam mattress plus a 38 flat screen TV. The alcove in the entry has a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin on top. The living room has a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping (maximum 4 guests)

Fireplace: Relax in front of the stack stone fireplace with a wood burning stove with wood provided on the balcony. Wood is provided upon availability, we do our best to make sure the wood is sufficient.

Kitchen: The kitchen has all of the appliances to complete your meal with all your basic eating and cooking utensils. This unit has a regular drip coffee maker.

Electronics: 55 smart flat screen TV in the living room with a DVD player, and a 38 flat screen TV in the bedroom.

Internet: Free WIFI Internet service with a network and password specifically for this condo.

Ski Locker: A season's locker at Canyon Lodge is also available for your use, the key and directions are available at the office. Don't haul your ski or snowboard equipment back and forth anymore!

    Great location. Comfortable unit. Very quiet. Teri was very communicative when we had questions. Some things were a bit dated, but everything worked and we were very comfortable.

    Third or fourth time in this condo and we love it and will continue to return. Best location and convenient parking and ease of loading and unloading car. Dog friendly which is so important to us. Kathy

    The property was clean and in a great location! The unit was a bit dated and the bunk bed situation was a bit strange, but luckily there was a comfortable sofa bed too. We enjoyed our stay!

    Enjoyed the nice condo for a family ski trip. Lots of firewood and a good setup for relaxing after the slopes. Hot tub a bit of a walk over to the office/clubhouse area, but a good setup with a pool table and ping pong and bathrooms there. Would come and stay here again.

    The ease of the parking and close vicinity to The Village is a plus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and this may be our new favorite place in Mammoth.
