The condominium offers multiple heated swimming pools, beach side and bay side grills, fishing pier, and a recently renovated exercise room. The condo comes with one reserved covered parking spaceright next to the elevators. There is ample non reserved outside parking available. There is free wireless internet access in all rooms and pool areas!
There are 2 bedrooms/2 full baths, with a pull out queen couch accommodating 6 to sleep comfortably. The master bedroom has a King size bed, en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds and a large closet. Both bedrooms have direct access to the lanai. The lanai includes a comfortable seating area, a desk for computer use, and an additional dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped.
