The fully stocked kitchen includes all cooking essentials, plus a Keurig coffee maker to start your mornings right. A breakfast bar and dining space comfortably seat up to 5 guests.

Bedroom 1: Twin-over-full bunk bed, Smart TV, closet, and luggage rack

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, dresser, and closet

Bedroom 3 (Primary Suite): King bed, 48” Smart TV, dresser, closet, and private en-suite bathroom



Additional features include a full hallway bathroom and a convenient stackable washer and dryer.



Outdoor Living



Step out onto the large back deck overlooking the canal, which leads directly to the bay—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.



Guests also have access to a beach supply closet with chairs, an umbrella, a cart, and boogie boards for added convenience.



Optional Upgrade:

A boat slip is available for $100 per stay (2.5 ft depth at low tide). Guests are responsible for any damages to the dock or their vessel.
