The fully stocked kitchen includes all cooking essentials, plus a Keurig coffee maker to start your mornings right. A breakfast bar and dining space comfortably seat up to 5 guests.

Optional Upgrade:

A boat slip is available for $100 per stay (2.5 ft depth at low tide). Guests are responsible for any damages to the dock or their vessel.
