114 Beachwalk - Newly Updated 3 Min walk to the Beach ,Tennis & Pet Friendly

i've been going to HHI since the 70's. usually stay in palmetto dunes, but shipyard is always a solid choice. we loved this unit because the access to the beach was super close and easy. the landord, the vacation company, did a superior job ensuring our stay was excellent. we inquired about a keurig brewer on-site (there was not one), and they had one delivered. their communications were excellent. the unit was EXACTLY what we wanted. it is a 1 bedroom, so if you are bringing extra ppl, it may not be a perfect location as someone is in a sleeper sofa). we also had our 2 dogs with us, and they were VERY welcome. the vacation company sent over a welcome gift to the doggies...some treats, a (collapsible) water bowl, poop bag dispenser and flashlight, frisbee! very sweet. there were a few suggestions that we thought would be an added bonus...and i hope the vacation company gets a copy of this...one would be an umbrella on the table on the deck. there was some shade in the morning, but an umbrella would be nice. the other suggestion was to add a small hose and nozzle on the outdoor shower/hose bib. this would make it much easier to rinse the doggies after walks on the beach. we also loved the layout of the unit. the bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable. a big closet, plenty of storage and a dressing area added extra space. the floor plan is very open and inclusive. there is also a full 2nd bathroom which is very nice...just in case.

It was perfect for my boyfriend and I and our dog! Walking distance to beach. The villa kitchen was well equipped. We would recommend and hoping to stay again.

Location ! Wonderful trails to walk around the community and to the beach.Condo was roomy and comfy. The Vacation company is a great managing group. The lovely welcome gifts and cleanliness was the best I’ve seen. Great customer service. Would be good to have darker wash clothes for makeup . Bed is not real comfy . Nice decor .

This is an amazing place to stay. So comfortable. We felt at home right away. So clean and everything was beautifully decorated. Everything we needed was there, and they even had a welcome bag for our dogs! We only wished we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back!

Lovely condo - so clean, perfect location, great amenities - we have been staying here every fall for several years and hope to continue this for years to come. So thankful this condo is pet friendly.Thanks for a wonderful place to vacation !

Lovely place. Clean, well equipped. Easy walk to beach. Enjoyed the deck with gate. Quiet neighborhood with lots of walking trails.

When we got ready for bed the first night our master bedroom was missing the fitted sheet. First thing the next morning I called the rental company. They sent housekeeping out promptly to replace the sheets in the master bedroom.

This was a nice condo in a great location within Shipyard. We have previously stayed in Sea Pines and Palmetto Dunes, and have to admit that we prefer those loations over Shipyard. I also think they are prettier/more scenic. That said, this is a very convenient, super walkable location to the beach. If you have young kids but don't want to pay for oceanfront, this is a good location if you are okay with one bedroom. For such a small condo, the layout is good. Some things need updated: the washer/dryer is very loud and you can hear it in the living room, the ceiling fan in bedroom needs replaced and the oven is being repaired. Kitchen is very well stocked, and provided beach towels are nice touch.

We loved this property. It was perfect for our family and two dogs. From here you are walking distance to the beach, an inground pool, and the Shipyard is a perfect centralized location on the island in general. 10/10 would stay again

We have been staying each October at 114 Beachwalk for the last several years. We have gotten to where we now make the next year's reservation a year ahead. This condo is clean, convenient, lovely and just all around perfect. We so appreciate the added items such as the starter supplies and our pets really appreciate their treat bag ! The new renovations were so nice and appreciated and we are already looking forward to our visit next year.

The Shipyard never disappoints! Great location and short walk to beach. Clean, comfortable and mostly updated. Kitchen could use just a few basic condiments but we had all the equipment and utensils to eat in when we wanted to. Close walk to pool. Loved that the porch had a gate so we could enjoy that when we wanted and not worry about our dog going down the steps. Check in and out was a breeze. Would recommend staying here!

This property was great! Location was perfect. Around a 5 min easy walk to the beach. One small hiccup that was addressed and remedied extremely quickly by the Vacation Company. No complaints from us! Would stay again!!!!

We are a family with a dog. This location was well furnished, close to the beach, and dog friendly. The pull out bed in living room is very comfortable. Please remember, the tv in the living room has some awesome free movie channels…it was like 1202-1206 or close to that. I almost stayed inside watching tv. Check in and out easy. A cute little doggie care package was waiting upon arrival. Highly recommend this place. Community pool awesome.

The proximity to the beach was perfect and made our stay. Property was comfortable but it wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. We had to vacuum as soon as we arrived due to dog hairs on the rugs. Also the decor didn’t appeal to our minimalist tastes!!
