Property is great and near to everything. The pool across the parking lot is nice and was never really crowded. The dog above us was very noisy everytime left by itself, but that was the only noise problem. When we arrived to get gate pass, I was only given the access code and no actual card at the office. Was told only needed the numbers to put in at the gate and nothing else. Monday night went to take trash out and go to the pool and had no access card. Of course office was closed so called after hours number. They kept transferring me and losing call. Next morning went to office and a different person waited on me and said on Saturday when I stopped in I should have been given it. She apologized many times for the mistake. Just make sure when you stop in the office to check in, ask for the access card.
