Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit we rented was nice. In my opinion (or compared to other units we have rented in the past), it needs updating. The sofa appeared new, but the other furniture items seemed older. Everything functioned well as far as appliances, plumbing, televisions. Patio furniture not matched and one plastic chair was broken on the balcony. Carpets in both bedrooms heavily worn. king bed was comfortable, but queen bed and bunk beds were not as comfortable. Pull-out bed was comfortable. It would have been nice if there were some beach towels to use. The unit did provide boogie boards and beach chairs for use which was really nice. Unit has a beautiful view.

This was our first stay at Aqua and it won’t be our last! We loved it, very clean and had such a great time!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was not up to Aqua standards. We have stayed at Aqua around 8 of our 20 visits to Panama City Beach. This was the most disappointing. The carpeting in both bedrooms was stained and not clean. One chair in the living room was broken and one on the balcony was broken leaving only two chairs and no table...(this unit sleeps 8)!! Not enough seating! The blender did not work. A number of light bulbs were burned out in the ceiling fixtures leaving the rooms poorly lit. The light in the master bedroom shower went off and on. The living room picture was faded and no plants as shown in the photo. Bottom Line-this was not a $2500 a week unit! We would have been totally embarrassed if family or friends had accompanied us. We love Aqua but will look for a different condo on our next visit.

There were restaurants and shopping within walking distance in both directions. The condo kitchen was very well stocked and we had plenty of room. The view was great and we didn't have any problem with slow elevators. I would probably try a different unit next time because the beds were pretty hard. Other than that, everything was perfect.
