Stayed Jul 24, 2025The location of this apartment was the best. We could walk to the beach and if we wanted more action then the busy part of south beach was also just within reach on foot. The area of the apartment is not busy and quiet and safe. The parking (free parking pass during our stay) was great. Most of the time we found parking right outside the property and only twice had to park around the block. The apartment itself is nice and well structures. Plenty of dishes and kitchen facilities, which made it easy and enjoyable to cook and eat in. The beds were very comfortable, ac worked well and the washer was a plus to wash beach towels. The only small negative was that it could have been a bit cleaner in some corners and under the beds but it did not matter so much to us. The pool is nice shared with the other apartments in the complex. We would book this again as the location cannot be better.
