Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo we rented was fine. Management is absolutely unwavering in the parking situation. My grandson was coming in on Wednesday night after eight and I was told I would have to buy a daily pass for $25 and the car would have to be off property at 10 o’clock that night, this despite the fact that I had another grandson who was leaving the next morning who had a parking pass. They would not allow me to use that parking pass and gave me the number of a place we could park his car which would charge $50 for the night. Absolutely unbelievable that there couldn’t be some common sense applied here.

Very good unit on ground level. Clean and spacious. Great place to walk to the beach with the kids.

We have been coming to Martinique for 20+ years. Our condo was very nice and comfortable. More comfortable porch furniture is needed on the patio but we understand the weather issues. The only negative was black flies were an issue for three days.

We enjoyed the pool due to bad weather and red flags on the beach. We were disappointed in the housekeeping. We had toddlers and realized the floors were not cleaned. The dishes were left in the dishwasher and towels were left in the dryer. We had stains on the bedsheets. The office was nice enough to give us additional flat sheets, but there were no extra fitted sheets. Our 3-year-old grandson slipped walking into the bathroom at the pool house and hit his head hard on the tile which resulted in an ER visit. There needs to be a mat to avoid people slipping.

The unit was super clean and the ocean views were incredible, even on the lowest level! We spent several evenings on the patio and loved watching the birds, bunnies and crabs. We can’t wait to go back!

The property itself is a great idea, good location and very good for those who do not like crowds. This unit was very well maintained, appeared to be upgraded recently.The only flaw with this property is the politics of the property. The involvement from the HOA is ridiculous.The parking charges are nothing short of gouging. After paying $4000-$5000 for my unit I was charged $55 for my personal vehicle. To make matters worse, I had to pay another $55 for a second vehicle, and was told there was no allowances for a third vehicle. If you have more than 2, you have to park at the pizza shack down the road. ( we were only 1 of 10 vehicles in the parking lot for our entire stay)For these reasons and these reasons alone, we are considering staying at Beach club or renting a house next year.

We asked for compensation and each condo rented got a free night. I rented two condos and only got one free night instead of two. That was very disappointing.
