I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Martinique is beautiful with all the flowers and foliage. The condo was pretty and well furnished. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the location and was surprised at such a great gulf water view from the first floor. Patio was on the ground and a few steps to the pier walk over to the water.

Reviewer Comments: My husband, daughter, granddaughter and I spent New Years at Martinique and had a lovely stay. Staff so very friendly and helpful. Facility was clean. Only downer was the indoor pool was closed for refurbishing, but it has to be done sometime!

Floor plan great for two couples. Very comfortable. Great view. 1st floor made it easy to walk out our back door to the beach. Staff was great to work with. Overall, it exceeded our expectations.

Reviewer Comments: I thought it was tasteful, comfortable, convenient and we'll equipped.The walk to the. Each was gentle but longer than I expected. Mosquitoes were terrible. I was just a tiny bit disappointed in the Clint’s since we had to check in very late and check out very early allegedly because of the Covid virus. The The condo was not what I was expecting as far as cleanliness since it was so much time taken away for us in order for it to be cleaned. The back porch really needed much attention. It was dirty and covered in spiderwebs and mini mini mosquitoes. It was also a smoke free Condo Ian’s campus but the linens or something inside the condo smelled of smoke. I’m not sure why if there is some sort of a draft from the breezeway or yard and it gets into the condo or if the linens are done off site where there are smokers. It was very faint. We loved the little sleeper sofa in the laundry area it was overall a wonderful experience.

Reviewer Comments: the view was great. we paid a higher price to stay where we good see the ocean. the condo itself, was nice,but needs some work and a deep clean. doors going into the building need to be situated as to where they stay open while hauling in luggage, groceries, etc. pool by beach was nice.
