Stayed May 13, 2025My wife and I went for the week. Great location, pool area, spotless condo with a quiet neighborhood. The place had some small bugs throughout the living space. This would be my only gripe.

Condo has been well taken care of, also it was very clean. We booked the first floor but was hesitant but it was great. Short walk to the beach and pool and you could still hear the waves of the ocean. Jessie from Sugar Sands was very helpful and friendly before and during our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Stayed Jun 21, 2024Great week, weather was perfect! Island Princess 104 was great. They do need to fix the issue with the master bedroom being so hot. I would suggest a least 2 fans; one on each side of bed. Other than that, great for a small family or group of fruends.
