101 West - Beachfront 3BR/3BA Corner Condo!

Good appliances, decor and furniture. We loved it.

Lots of amenities and very family, oriented with lots of seating, comfy beds and an awesome icemaker perfect for those hot beach trips! One review said there were beach accessories but we didn’t see any so you will need to bring your own beach chairs, etc. We very much enjoyed our stay, thank you for making us feel at home!

Office staff was very understanding, concerned and professional in handling a very unpleasant situation. Been renting here since 1999. Only major incident. Will definitely return . Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was absolutely beautiful, but there are some mold issues in the bathrooms and windows. There was a pink rusty folding chair and rusty Candle can tin thrown in back corner of patio & trash in large urn decor on patio. Also since there were 8 of us there was not enough bedding (blankets & towels). Also, the last night (Saturday) we came back from dinner and were locked out as our code wouldn't work & the Security phone number no longer works so we had to go to guard station to get in. This made for a very stressful night since we had to be out the next day at 9am. I had this problem another time I was there as well. The Security Guard Bo was very nice as was Erin on the beach chairs. We had a wonderful time and loved the location we where at and the kitchen accommodations were great. This was our third time to enjoy Martinique and we will definitely be back.

February has ups and downs weather wise but this year was mostly good. Condo was pretty nice although we had a few issues like ants in the ice maker and the windows were pretty dirty. The dishwasher smelled bad and was clogged with food debris until we cleaned the filters. But the place was a nice place to stay overall. We didn’t get a call back after our stay to discuss these issues in assurance that they would be taken care of next year. Otherwise the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The ground floor location of 101 West was very convenient for access to the boardwalk and pool, yet still provided spectacular views of the Gulf. The condo was clean and spacious. The staff at Martinique were all friendly and kind. Can’t wait to go back!

We love the resort and prefer the condos because of the Gulf view. 101W is a lovely three-bedroom near the Boardwalk. The condo is beautifully and tastefully decorated. Many thanks to the owners for sharing their beach home with us.
