This condominium is located in the Landmark, a Historic building in Downtown Atlanta. Free Parking for one vehicle is a $55 value compared to Hotel accommodations. The building is slightly dated compared to today’s modern built high-rises. The hum of city life surrounds this charming high-rise condominium in the heart of downtown. Located on one of Atlanta’s most well-known roads, Piedmont Avenue.

This is a self-check-in property. All check-in instructions are sent through the message section before arrival.

The building’s parking is not gated like a newer high-rise, but it is fully monitored and secured with fencing. There is only one entrance and exit to the parking lot. When you enter, you pass directly by the main lobby doors and the Concierge Desk, which is staffed part-time during busier hours. Each condominium has a specific assigned parking space. Detailed instructions, including photos and descriptions, will be sent prior to arrival through our guidebook, so you’ll know exactly where to park. The parking lot is monitored 24/7 by security cameras.

All common areas, including the lobby, elevators, and basement laundry area, are also under continuous camera surveillance. Parking is free, secure, and has only one controlled ingress and egress.

The entire condo is available for your private use. It is located in The Landmark, a historic building in downtown Atlanta. The building has a classic feel and is slightly more dated compared to today’s modern high-rises. You’ll experience the vibrant hum of city life from this charming high-rise condominium, situated on one of Atlanta’s most well-known streets—Piedmont Avenue.

The condo is perfectly located for downtown visits and is within walking distance to restaurants, Marta, Americas Mart, State Farm Arena, Mercedes Benz Stadium, Coca-Cola, GA Aquarium, Fox Theater, and Centennial Olympic Park. The Beltline and Ponce City Market are quick Uber or Lyft ride away!

We host single and married couples or friends who want to stay together, traveling to Atlanta's Americamart for a business show or downtown to visit attractions. Their typical age range is 35-60 for business and 20-40 for the attraction visitor. Half of the guests are in-state, and half are out-of-state. Most guests prefer to stay in a one-bedroom unit with a kitchen and a combined living/dining room. They are looking for something more than just a hotel room - a place to relax, have drinks, cook a meal with friends, watch Netflix, or have a comfortable space to work. One or two bedrooms are ideal. The other option would be a more expensive chain hotel, such as such as Marriott, Hilton, or Sheraton. In fact, we are located directly across from the Marriott, Hilton, and Sheridan if you are attending a conference. The most desired amenity for our guests is a full kitchen and a comfortable living room. Our guests want super high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a fully functional kitchen. Our guests appreciate speedy communication, a self-directed check-in process, a digital guidebook with detailed instructions, and one free, secure parking space downtown, with additional parking available upon request.

The pool is available for your use during seasonal times and hours. The Stone Mountain PATH is one block north of the building. You can exercise or walk the PATH to the Atlanta Beltline and to Ponce City Market. All of our condominium doors have keyless code access. All guests are given a personal code that will be deleted from the system upon departure.

Building access instructions. Please or friends who want to go ahead and stay together, traveling to Atlanta's Ameri. We use a digital video check-in system called ButterflyMX. You should have received a separate text message with setup instructions. To enter using a QR code, open the ButterflyMX app on your smartphone and log in. Tap “My QR Code” to display your personal access code, then hold your phone up to the entry panel’s camera. The door will unlock automatically once the code is scanned, or you can enter the six-digit code that is provided along with the QR code.

The elevators are located behind the lobby, to the right of the Concierge desk. Take the elevator to your assigned floor (e.g., Unit 804 is on the 8th floor; Unit 1001 on the 10th; Unit 1406 on the 14th; Unit 1109 on the 11th; Unit 1909 on the 19th; and Unit 2208 on the 22nd).

Each unit has a digital door lock. Your private access code is the last four digits of your phone number (you should have received this code via text). Use this code to lock and unlock the door. A physical key is inside the unit on the coffee table, in a plastic box marked with the TV remotes. Please return the key to this box before checking out. A $150 fee applies to lost or missing keys.

We recommend carrying the physical key with you at all times in case the digital lock battery fails. The cleaning team checks for the key at check-out.

If you need to grant access to an additional guest or request a one-time pass, please provide their name, phone number, and the date they will need access. All common areas in the building are monitored by security cameras, including the lobby, elevators, and basement laundry area. The area is safe for walking as it is right next to the downtown hotel district and a Georgia State dorm. There are multiple restaurants within a few blocks. Centennial Olympic Park, the Georgia Aquarium, the Center for Civil & Human Rights & lots more are within walking distance. Please stay aware and follow simple safety habits while in the city. Always lock your car and roll up the windows, and keep valuables out of sight. Use your car alarm if you have one, and try to store personal items before you arrive and park. Whenever possible, choose well-lit, high-traffic areas. Let me know if you have any questions.

While the condo’s location was very convenient, being close to the city center, the building itself was quite old.It was generally clean, with a well-maintained refrigerator, kitchen, and utensils. However, the sofas, chairs, and carpets needed better cleaning. Another downside was the unpleasant odors that came from the central HVAC system when it was turned on. Condo may not be the best choice for families with children. On the bright side, the owners were exceptionally attentive and quick to address any problems we faced. They were respectful and maintained excellent communication throughout our stay. Although I wouldn’t stay in this particular condo again, I would definitely consider renting another property managed by the same owners in the future.

Our stay at Ken's condo was fine. The location was great and the fact that it came with parking sealed the deal for me. Check in was easy and I am new to booking private properties, so I was concerned about how it would work. We did have some trouble with the security alarm on the door, so I wish that was covered more clearly in the online instructions. We also found that the shower's water pressure was not good, no matter the time of day. The air conditioning in the condo also did not work well, so we were glad it was not super hot when we were there. A portable unit kept one of the bedrooms cold but the other one would have been unbearable to sleep in had we been there much later in summer. As it was, that room has a terrible mattress, so I wouldn't say I got my best sleep there. Overall, it was an OK alternative to the pricey hotels in the area and it was convenient for our short stay in Atlanta.

We had a great stay at this apartment within walking distance to downtown Atlanta. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything our family needed. We felt safe the entire time, which was really important to us. One big plus was the free parking—hard to find that close to downtown! The host was super responsive-flexible, and shared great tips for exploring the area. Highly recommend!

Overall, the property is in serious need of upgrading. The parking lot is full of rubbish and there is a homeless camp nearby. The apartment was fine, but road noise was not good because of the fact a bedroom window would not fully close. That being said, the apartment was very clean and very comfortable. Kenneth was very attentive and helpful too.

We came in town for a concert and this was a perfect alternative to the hotels in the area! Older building but clean and parking included, that’s a big deal in that area! Great view and a 20 minute walk to Olympic park. Since it’s an older building, things aren’t pristine and new, but the apartment is well equipped and maintained. My only gripe is the shower water pressure but like I said, it’s an older building. The location is next to I-75/85 and is right downtown, don’t expect mountain stream quiet, you’re in downtown Hotlanta! We’ll be staying here the next time we’re in town.

Just as listed and the host was great with communication and even offering information of what to do in the area. Great view from the apartment and right downtown. You could walk to everything but being from the north, we still drove because we couldn't handle the heat and humidity but parking was a decent price. Provided exactly what we needed, a place to sleep and shower. Definitely recommend.
