This 2BD/2BA condo is perfectly located just 100 steps from the gondola and only 35 steps to the Lionshead Arcade Bus Stop, the preferred method of transportation in Vail! Also a minutes walk to Lionshead Ski School and all of the shops and restaurants Lionshead has to offer! Enjoy a relaxing experience at this stylish unit in the heart of Lionshead!

The beautifully done kitchen includes granite counter tops and comes fully stocked with all of your cookingneeds. Additionally, there are 3 bar stools along the kitchen counter as well as a dining room table that comfortably fits 6. The living room is a perfectly cozy place to relax in front of the fire with the family after a long day on the mountain.

The primary bedroom offers a queen bed with a down comforter and the ensuite master bath includes a jacuzzi tub/shower. The 2nd bedroom room has a queen bed with great views of the mountain!

If you are renting equipment you can also receive 30% off by booking with our rental partner online. This makes our wonderful location even more convenient as the shop is the closest to the Eagle Bahn Gondola. We are also just 50 steps to the Lionshead Children’s Ski School reservation center so if your family participates you will love the convenience. You can get the kids reserved and situated in ski school then return to the condo for another cup of coffee and finish getting dressed.

As if the location wasn’t perfect enough, the free city bus is only 35 steps away, so getting around to all the hot-spots that Vail has couldn’t be easier. There is also no highway noise or sight which can be an issue when renting in Vail. There is a dedicated parking spot that comes with the rental. Do note, the unit is on the third floor and there's no elevator in the building so it's a 2 story walk up to access the unit.

Amenities include: Jacuzzi tub in primary bathroom, steam shower in guest bathroom, flatscreen TV in the living room and flatscreen TV's in both bedrooms, fireplace (firewood provided), Wi-Fi and hi speed Internet, open floor plan of living room, dining room and kitchen.     This property is truly in the Gondola Heart of Lionshead! Access to amazing restaurants, shops and the shuttle bus were incredible! The unit itself was an interior design dream! Very comfortable and homey! We would stay here again in a heart beat!

    Awesome location, right in the center of Lionshead Village. Short walk to a dozen or so really good restaurants. Beautiful view of the mountain, and a short walk into Vail Village. Only minor issue was the lack of elevator - dragging luggage up 2 flights of stairs at altitude was a bit of a task, but the property manager made this clear before we rented. A really good experience, all in all

    Came into Vail on the off season to see family and visit for the first time. The condo is perfect! Beautiful - just as described and there’s a steam shower!! There’s a couple flights of stairs but so what! RJ was so kind and available immediately on the phone. STAY HERE!!

    This condo is exactly as it appears on the site. Easy to check in and excellent communication with property manager. It is definitely in a great location within Lionshead. The only complaint may be the hot water in the shower. Myself and my two sons were not able to take back to back showers without the water starting to become cold. Otherwise, excellent property. I would definitely stay here again.

    Amazing location in the middle of the action, right near multiple lifts, restaurants and bus. The beds seemed smaller than a queen, and no laundry in the unit. Overall clean and spacious. Wish there was an electric fireplace over a wooden one.

    RJ was a great host. Unit is as advertised, a short stumble to the gondola and located in the heart of Lionshead, across from the Arrabelle and Christy's. The unit is well-appointed and clean. Kitchen and living room have high ceilings and a comfortable feel. One suggested upgrade might be to swap out two of the living room chairs for a small couch. Heads up that the unit is on the third floor without an elevator so you'll be climbing two sets of stairs in and out every day. There is a surface parking lot that is reasonably close (150 feet) to the unit and requires another set of stairs to navigate to and from the car. Overall, we would definitely rent this unit from RJ again!

    Perfect location. It’s suited perfectly for four people. My husband and I along with my daughter and her good friend. Wanted to get away for the weekend and it was just right. She has a very old dog and it was dog friendly, which made it perfect for us. We were right in the heart of Lions head but just a short shuttle ride or even a walk to Vail Village. Was a great spot for sure.

    You cannot beat the location - very close to the gondola. The apt was well appointed. Personally I prefer couches for lounging but the chairs are comfortable.

    The property was absolutely phenomenally located right in the heart of Lionshead Village in Vail allowing us to do a lot with the kids and family. The gondola and lifts were a few steps away which made it super convenient. The apartment was very well equipped with everything you needed with multiples of everything. The host was very communicative and assisted us right away with any questions we had! Definitely returning and highly recommend!

    We had a great stay. Everything is just as described. Location is fantastic and if skiing would be hard to beat, literally can see the gondola from the place. We were there with a baby in August - as the listing states, it’s a two story walk up and there’s no AC - which we found to be manageable (bringing our things up was a bit challenging but there’s a small alcove at bottom of stairs we locked up our stroller). Laundry is shared w building. Kitchen is stocked w high quality pots/pans and appliances. Place would be perfect for a couples ski trip but suited our needs as well. Thanks for a great stay!
