1 Mile to PF/ 7miles to Gburg/Pools/Pool Table

Great location! Spacious for a 6 person family of all boys! Pool table was nice! Parking was easy!

Very clean n cosy place ! I loved to stay here , the host was also nice n easy to communicate with very helpfull! I would definitely book this place again if i come here again in pigeon forge. Everything was near by!

Easiest check in / out I’ve ever encountered. Safe, well lighted, & convenient car park. Short driving distance to surrounding towns entertainment, dining, and area shops. This condo has more natural light throughout than most. We particularly enjoyed using the pool table in the living space. The owner provided detailed information & responded promptly.

Very nice, clean condo. Beds comfortable. Easy access to attractions. Outside the condo could use some clean up. Carpets and other flooring in halls, elevator, and pool area could use a good cleaning. Overall, a great stay ,and I would recommend this place to a friend.

Love the spaciousness of the condo and the convenient location to everything! Set up for the Christmas holidays it was cozy and welcoming. Everything our family needed!Zach the host was perfectly responsive! Always a great stay!

My family had a great time. The location is awesome. Short drive to Gatlinburg and all the the great things Pigeon Forge has to offer as well. The beds are so comfortable and the host is incredibly responsive. I would absolutely recommend staying here!!!

The condo was in a perfect location for all that we wanted to see and do. It was clean and was very comfortable. We had plenty of room. Everything was as described. Checking in and out was a breeze. Zach did a great job communicating with me. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area. We had the best time here.

Lovely condo closely located to downtown Pigeon Forge.

Our family of 4 stayed here for a baseball tournament at Ripken and it was a great place to stay. It was spacious, clean, and close to the fields. My son LOVED the pool table! Played pool whenever he was not playing baseball! It was also so nice to have a washer and dryer as we had to clean uniforms most days. The common pool and pool area were nice too and a great spot for us to meet up with other families in our group. Definitely recommend for any family that wants the conveniences of home.

My family comes to the area several times a year. This week we celebrated my daughter's birthday and spent several days at Dollywood. Coming back to this condo was so relaxing. The accommodations were perfect for our needs. Extremely clean and felt inviting. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Zach.

Goal was Dollywood for the kids spring break. The condo, the weather and Dollywood made for a perfect week with my kids. I would definitely stay here again. Jeff

Absolutely loved the location and the condo was so nice. We really enjoyed the place and hopefully will be able to stay there again.

Everything was perfect from the time we got there. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing the family complained about was how cold it was in the pool area it would be nice if they could turn it up a few degrees to knock off the chill besides that the house it’s self was perfect.

This property was exceptionally roomy and clean and enjoyable. The pool table was a fun added extra, and the fireplace so nice to sit with after long days exploring. Zach was exceptionally attentive and friendly!

We weren't sure what we would be doing so being centrally located was important. This property did not disappoint. We could have walked to the golf course right next door (nice, challenging course too). Dollywood was just a mile away. Food was within 5-10 minutes. Dolly's Stampede was 5 mins. Ziplines were 20 minutes. Horseback riding 15 mins. The grocery store was 5 mins away. We couldn't have done better. The inside of the building does need updating/cleaning but this particular condo is nicely appointed and the pool table provided several hours of fun! Parking is a bit limited so arrive early to get the best space.

Only stayed 3 days. Communication was excellent, beds comfy. Plenty of supplies.

Property was close to town. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the pool table. They didn't want to leave. This was our second stay at this location.
