The condo is minutes from Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, Ascend Amphitheater, and The Ryman Auditorium. This is truly a prime location for the Nashville experience.

- The Charlesville is located 1 mile from Downtown Lower Broadway, and 9.5 miles from Nashville International Airport (BNA). >- The 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit has 1 queen sized bed in each bedroom as well as a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
- The kitchen is fully outfitted with stove and oven, microwave, regular coffee pot & toaster. We do provide some coffee, sugar and creamer for your use.
- There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. There are a couple laundry pods for you to use.
- Each unit includes one free parking space in our parking garage.
- There is a nearby active commercial rail line with noise abatement regulations in place.

One parking spot is permitted per rental in the parking garage. Parking passes are provided upon arrival. Only one permit will be provided, there are no additional spots, and there are no exceptions. Please plan accordingly. An elevator is on site and two stairwells are accessible. An elevator code, and a keyless door entry code will be provided to you 2 days prior to arrival.

    Nice location, great for couples since both bedrooms have their own bath, next to railroad tracks, didn't bother me, just fyi and there is a $500 hold on your credit card which is not disclosed.

    We had a super stay! Great communication by host. Location within walking distance to Broadway. Very clean and it had all of the amenities we needed and loved that both bedrooms had ensuites.

    Clean and comfortable stay fairly close to Broadway. We walked back from the AC/DC concert and felt safe. Our other couple said the train kept them awake, but it didn’t bother us. Overall, condo was as listed. We enjoyed our stay for a one night stay. We would stay here again.

    We really enjoyed our stay in Nashville. Our accommodations were in a perfect location. It was just a short walk to a pick-up spot for the on and off tour bus and the Nashville Farmers Market. There was ample on-site parking in a safe secure environment. We enjoyed watching the train from the cover patio too. We would definitely stay there again.

    Came for a friends mother/daughter trip. Really enjoyed our stay; location was very close to coffee shops, Walgreens, restaurants, bars, and only about a mile from Broadway. The host was responded to inquiries very quickly and was very accommodating. Loved the patio and felt like it was a safe neighborhood. We didn’t worry about our safety walking anywhere we wanted. We will definitely stay again if we come back!

    Location was great, very clean the only issue was train coming through in the middle of the night was hard to get a good night sleep.
