Stayed Jul 1, 2021Overall we were very happy with the accommodations. If you have never been to Banner Elk before, just realize that it’s about 15 minutes to go up/down the mountain. The unit is close to the main ski area and there are a couple of nice hiking trails nearby. The unit looks like it was recently renovated. Towels and basic dishwashing supplies are provided. If you have to do more than one load of laundry you will need to bring detergent. There were some extra spices from previous visitors and some left over coffee. Dishes and utensils are provided, my only complaint would be that there was no chef’s knife so I had to cut everything with a steak knife. Like someone else mentioned the hot tub in the community complex was closed (maybe covid related). We would definitely stay again.

Stayed Feb 14, 2026We had a great stay. Perfect location for Beech Mtn skiing. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed daily. A negative for us was pots/pans for cooking. Need new and more. Would come back again.

Stayed Sep 19, 2024The condo was perfect for my son, grandson and myself. We went to the App State game on Thursday night, golf on Friday and the Bristol race on Saturday. The condo was clean and perfect for us.

Stayed Feb 21, 2024The location was perfect for everything Beech Mountain has to offer. Very quiet and serene complex. The interior was nicely renovated. Now for the cons: cleanliness could be improved. The upstairs toilet had a surprise left in it for us when we arrived. The floors were dirty and feet/socks were black after just a few minutes of walking around. Dishes were not properly cleaned and dried on arrival. Floors were very loud and walls were somewhat thin. Amenities were great but bring quarters if you wanna play pool, air hockey, or pac man as the change machine didn't work.

Stayed Jan 3, 2024Condo was great. Really liked the pool, hot tub and game room nearby. Location was great for us skiing at Beech Mtn. Unfortunately we were not able to check in until 530 when we were expecting to check in at 4.

Stayed Dec 19, 2023We loved our stay! The property was clean, with plenty of all the things a young family would need for a trip to the mountains. The condo is in a perfect location between Beech Mountain Resort and the “downtown” area where all of the restaurants & general store are located. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!
