Stayed May 5, 2025Enjoyed being close to the water to view the boat traffic. Walking distance to a few restaurants & shops. Beautiful walking trail by the water. A great view of the London Bridge lit up at night. The bedrooms & bathrooms were accommodating especially the dual sinks in each bathroom. Definitely would rent again when in Lake Havasu.

Stayed Oct 25, 2024The condo was clean and the view is amazing. My main problem was the kitchen was poorly stocked with cooking and eating utensils. I guess they assume you are eating out every meal. The decor is a little dated and hadn’t seen carpet in the bathroom in years. Check out request is ridiculous. Not sure why the cleaning fee is so expensive when they ask gets to do part of the work.

Stayed Sep 20, 2024Very nice unit. Prime location. Private beach was awesome. The only cons were there were no trash bags, and fridge wasn’t very cold. Also, the bbq was out of order, which we weren’t prepared for, as we brought steaks and burgers to grill. But overall, this property is great. We had a blast, and would definitely return.
