We loved staying here this weekend! The condo was so very clean and nice. Communication has always been wonderful. You absolutely can’t go wrong staying here. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the strip. Thanks for a great weekend.

Also, the recliner would not lock into place when the foot was lifted. Must be broken.The view was beautiful and from all appearances when you walk into the condo, it looked perfect. Even though we have a credit balance due us, we would not stay there again unless we were assured the furniture had been replaced.

It was located conveniently within minutes from all of the places that you would want to see. The management called to check in with us on day 1 to make sure that everything was good. There was plenty of parking and felt safe.

Reviewer Comments: Overall the property was great, a few things need attention, the fireplace doesn’t work, the sink in the bathroom doesn’t drain very well and both of these things were mentioned in the guest book a couple of times. Also the mattress pad was too thick and soft for us. But the shower was great and the condo was very pretty, decorated very tastefully. Would recommend it to friends.

We have stayed at Whispering Pines for many years and in unit 241 many times. I am very happy to find the unit under new management. We wish much success to Smoky Mountain Escapes.

I had asked for a handicap accessible room. One negative was the high dining table set. Hard for me and my handicapped friend to use. There was no grab bar by the toilet. The bed was too high for my friend to use. We removed the foam pad to make it accessible to her. This room should not be rented out as handicap compliant. No one was in the office so we could not ask questions about the free tickets. Tried to use the online service unsuccessfully, so we had no benefit from that offer.

Our only complaint is, had a leak in bathroom under sink, they had a bucket under it but told no one. The way I find out is it overflow. It had been leaking a long time there was scum on bottom of bucket,had to clean up and wash towels. If I had known about the bucket no problem could kept it empty. Only problem. I would definitely stay again.

We love staying at Whispering Pines because of its convenient location. In the summer there is an outdoor pool and lazy river and then in winter you have the indoor pool. We have been staying here for 15+ years.

Balcony view expansive. Unit as described. Pool area vey family friendly. Location perfect for the Stampede, Dollywood, The Island and more!Joy and her team great to work with. Family friendly is the theme here. Drawbacks are minor: not enough hangers, bed pillows ( only two for king bed) and pool towels not provided.
