Enjoyed our stay! Location was great: quiet neighborhood, close to town, close to the water, easy highway access. 3 minutes to Park entrance. Beds were comfortable and enjoyed using the kitchen, TV and board games provided. Owner was very attentive to text questions.

Nice place we ended up with only 4 people, but plenty of room for 6. A couple small issues, but host was helpful.

Neat and clean. Only one rail on the stairs was a little uncomfortable. Otherwise owner very responsive and kind when questions were asked.Overall a very good stay!

overall the property was ok. probably a 6 out of 10. The brown carpet makes it look really dated, old and dirty/as in you don't know what is in the carpet. Seems like most places there don't have a/c so they keep windows closed when nobody is there. When we showed up to the stale house there was a terrible smell that smelled like cat food. We came to a conclusion that the people before us cooked fish and put the left overs in the fridge as the fridge smelled the worst and more smell came out as we open it, and the ice tasted like fish. However, the cleaners were just there, but there was still cobwebs from the lights by the TV in family room. The table tennis table needs some fixin' as it fell apart right away. All the screws to hold it together were sitting on the workbench in garage. The lighting in most the places were pretty terrible. The master shower sink is in an awkward location and to small of space for a taller person to bend over while brushing teeth/shaving etc. The master shower is tiny, like an RV type shower. On a good note, the beds are super comfortable and probably the best nights sleep we had on our 10 day vacation trip! It was very close to RMNP and the city of Grand Lakes was nice. It sounds like a bad review but overwall the place worked. A little update and more of a fresh vibe I think would help a lot. If it was updated, I would stay again, but not until then. Owner was easy to get a hold of as well.

The two bedrooms accommodated our teen family well for our short trip to Granby Lake. We loved the quiet location but it was still close enough to the lake, hiking and the town of Granby Lake. It is not a fancy place but was comfortable and provided all that we needed for our time away.

We were pleasantly surprised at how close to the lake we were. It's also just minutes from Main Street. The condo had everything we needed and it was a great home base for our adventures. Would absolutely recommend and when we go back to Grand Lake we'll be looking at this place again.

The house is a good layout for a family. The couch and beds were all really comfortable. There are a few good games for kids. However the rooms were all really dark, even with the blinds all open. Except the kids/bunk bed room which was blazing with light at bed time. The shades are pretty good at blocking the light and the kids slept great! My one big complaint is how poorly the kitchen was stocked. There was one tiny cutting board, a large pot, and two old pans. The cups/plates/etc are good; it’s just hard to cook anything properly. We did a lot of grilling which was great! The toaster and k-cup coffee maker worked great for breakfast. It’s close enough to town to walk and it’s a nice place for a family!
