Stayed Oct 2, 2025. There was brown water coming out of the faucets. The resort kept telling us that it is about to be renovated and that was one of the reasons. We were very disappointed and felt extremely inconvenienced. We were told to get filtered water to brush our teeth.

Stayed Aug 15, 2024Perfect location, big space that fit 4 comfortably. The only downside was we had to do a room switch in the middle of our stay. I would stay here again.

Stayed Jul 3, 2024The location of the condo in downtown Newport was great, and host communication during booking was outstanding. She even helped me rebook to get the preferred price when the portal tried to increase my nightly rate for the weekend portion of my stay. The room was good size with a small living room and large panel window with full kitchenette. The rooftop deck was a 360 view of the harbor and downtown (firework view on July 4th were amazing). The downside: the property photos in the booking portal showed waterfront view, and we did not get that. It was a hotel set up, and we were assigned a room at check-in that did not have a water view. The hotel was dated, and the one elevator was dual use with cleaning staff, and emptied into a basement lobby that doubled as a bar entrance; just meaning it was an inconvenience every time to use the slow/busy elevator. Parking was not the easiest to negotiate in the limited garage. Wouldn't be my first choice to stay again, but the price matched the condition, and was by far the cheapest in the downtown area.
