Had relaxing stay everything was good

Needs new mattress, broken chair on deck, broke toilet paper roll holder, and needs toilet lid not to push the top off the toilet tank back to the wall when you sit back. Routine maintenance needs to be done but other than that it was a great experience and no problems with elevator. Pools need to be cleaned around the tiles and some places fixed around the tiles. Easy access to pools and beach. Liked being able to use all four pools.

Quick check-in process. Room was exactly as described. Very clean and kids loved the indoor and outdoor pools.

Great affordable location. We booked last minute and the reservation and check in process was so easy. Highly recommend this unit and will continue to stay here years to come.

This one bedroom condo was perfect for my husband and I. If we had more than two people, it would have been a tight squeeze. The king sized bed was comfy, the condo was clean and well kept. The balcony had a great view. The kitchen was basically equipped. If you’re planning to cook more than a basic breakfast, you’ll want to bring your own cookware and knives. I have stayed at Phoenix 1, 2 & now 3. They are generally well-kept buildings, a little older, nothing fancy about it, but good value if you’re looking for a great location and easy beach access, plus affordability. We did not use the pool, but it’s a very family friendly environment and generally is crowded with young kids/families. It didn’t bother us, but it’s something to keep in mind. The elevator situation isn’t great, only 2 for the whole building. It’s hard to get an elevator around check-in time, so keep that in mind.

We spent a couple of nights at this condo. It was clean, nicely decorated and had a good mattress. I'm very pleased with the condo and would stay there again.

All was well with the exception of the bed. It was comfortable but very noisy--even turning over was an auditory experience.

There were several lights/lamps that did not work, also uncovered wall plug in the living room. Kitchen was very poorly equipped, if I had wanted to cook, there would not have been many of there needed pots/pans/containers. Mostly dishes and glasses in the kitchen. I also did not like the fact that Phoenix expected the renter to wash and put away dirty dishes before checking out. I have always run the DW with the last dirty dishes before leaving which is required in most buildings,, but do not trust the others might just rise them, dry ,and out them away dirty. Also we paid for umbrella/chairs on the beach, but other tenants were allowed to put up large tents/umbrellas in front of our beach chairs, obscuring our view of the ocean which we paid for. This happened every day. Complained to Ike's Beach Service, but those young people should not be expected to control this issue. We were not the only people paying for Ike's Beach Service that were unhappy about this.

Room was as advertised, and beach was beautiful. We were very fortunate to get in the days we booked so last minute. Look forward to going back again!
