Stayed Oct 2, 2025While the decor is a bit dated, the unit was very clean. I've stayed in other units in this building and would definitely book this one again. The location is ideal if you don't want to be among the crowds at the boardwalk end of OC. Easy walk to Fenwick for Fisher's Popcorn, Kohr's and Candy Kitchen. View from the balcony is incredible!

Stayed Aug 6, 2022The place needs to be cleaned and updated. The coffee maker was so dirty and there were utensils in the drawer that literally had dried food on them.
