Stayed Feb 14, 2025My overall impression of this property is that it has been well used! Upon arrival our freezer was making so much noise that there’s no way our grandson could have slept on the sofa bed, but they would not move us to another unit until maintenance had a chance to look at the freezer. It took 90 minutes for that to happen and three phone calls plus a trip to the front desk. They finally replaced the freezer. So we were able to unpack and stay in the room. The problem with the lockout units is that the common door cannot be opened by either the A key or the B key. We were in an A unit and the guests in the B unit kept closing the common door so every time we made it to the 18th floor we had to go back down to the front desk and have security accompany as to our room once they checked our ID to let us back in. Over all not a property I would stay at again.
