1 bedrm condo on 30a overlooking pool & gardens. Walking distance to everything!

I was by myself at the Unit . It was clean and close to Seaside where my friends were staying.The unit was comfortable. My only negative comment was that there was no bathroom curtain/blind on the window so there was no privacy in the bathroom from the neighboring units. Otherwise an enjoyable stay.

My wife and I booked this property for a week. When we arrived, it was immediately clear that the property is in BAD condition. Stains everywhere. Stain on the couch, pillows, and cushions. Stains on the curtains. Stains on the comforter and pillows in the bedroom. Stains on the bedside tables. Stains, stains, and more stains. No privacy in the bathroom. The bathroom doesn't have the blinds shown in the VRBO listing. That bathroom window faces an open parking lot as well as 3 other houses with a clear line of sight into the bathroom. We had to put a boogey board in the window so my wife could shower in privacy. Mold/mildew all over the curtains in the main living space. When we attempted to express these concerns to the management group during our stay, we were passed off and then ignored. I reached out 9+ times via VRBO messenger, email, and phone before finally getting a response from the management group, who then told me ownership was not interested in trying to remedy the situation and has since ignored my follow up attempts to continue the conversation. Bottom line-- do not stay here. The accommodations are disgusting. Ownership/management will gladly take your money and then completely ignore any concerns you might have. Do not waste your money on a vacation at this property or with these people.

To start, we arrived at our rental at midnight, the door code did not work after multiple attempts. We tried calling the property manager, no answer, tried calling the emergency line and the number was invalid. We ended up calling VRBO directly, they apologized profusely for the property not being accessible even though it was not their fault. They were able to book us a hotel, we had to walk to the hotel because it was so late in the night. We made it to the hotel safely and had a small booking issue between VRBO and the hotel. The hotel employee who helped us was amazing and the hotel itself was so nice and comfortable. We got on the phone the next day with the property manager and they told us we were not able to get our money back for the night we were unable to stay or for any inconvenience. We made it to the rental and quickly realized the beds were very stiff, the linens were uncomfortable and there was nothing the clean any dishes with. Overall the only positive experience was VRBO and the hotel being so helpful. The hotel was the Lodge at 30A, I would recommend them any day over this property.

Stayed in this apartment for a few days. Pros - Pool, parking for cars, close walk to beach access and restaurants. Cons - Very small nat like bugs crawling around in the Kitchen and bathroom, opened closet for the washer and dryer - AC filter is filthy (changing it would be simple enough), bathroom needs something covering window (there is nothing), mattress very soft and could use new pillows (really they are quite inexpensive), porch bench - really - just replace it. There is black mold growing around the exterior window and sliding door at the balcony thus balcony could use a good cleaning. This place really could be quite nice given a bit more attention.

The location is amazing!!! Right on 30a in the heart of all the action! The space is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Enjoyed relaxing on the lovely balcony overlooking the ocean. Best view I've ever seen while having my morning coffee on the balcony. We look forward to our next visit.

We had fun watching the kids swim all day from the patio- loved location- able to walk to Seagrove for dinner.. complex was well maintained and quiet. Management company was great to work with.
