Stayed Apr 25, 2019Good size appartement, well kept. Nice rooftop pool Resort fee added after reservation in confirmation. On the site where i booked there was no mentioning of this. When i contacted resident manager About this she showed other site where iT was mentioned. Resort fee does include ‘free’ use of the garage. As they are a timeshare business they tend to be Somewhat ‘aggresive’ trying to get you to a meeting with free show tickets. Other than that, Nice place i would go again. Close to the major hotels, this place has much Nicer/bigger rooms for less.

Stayed Mar 13, 2018This property was wonderful. If you don't need the casino in your hotel but still want to be right in the middle of the action, this place is great. The customer service was outstanding. Our A/C didn't work when we arrived and we not only received prompt service to fix it, but then received follow up calls to ensure that the service man came to address the issue and that it was resolved. We mentioned our tub drained a little slow while he was there and got the same prompt response with follow up calls. I didn't expect this kind of service at all. Very pleased with the entire experience. I would give this five stars but the sales pitch before the concierge even wanted to help with actual concierge duties took the fifth star. I understand that it how this resort makes their business but starting out with that other than helping first and then saying, oh, by the way, if you listen to some of our other property opportunities, we could offer you some great deals on some of the things you want to see, would have went a lot further for me. Other than that, stay was amazing and that little thing was something that did not hinder a great trip.
